Former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani told a revved up Republican crowd on Thursday that “if Donald Trump becomes president, the statute of limitations is not up. There is no double jeopardy. We can reopen the case.” This isn’t the first hint that we’ve gotten that a possible President Trump would go after Clinton for her use of private email server while serving as Secretary of State. In fact, the Republican presidential hopeful has said so himself.
“Go get ’em,” one Republican reportedly shouted to Giuliani after he made that announcement at the event in Cleveland, according to The New York Post....

Sorry guys, you are both wrong. The Pardon Power of the President is very broad. Ford pardoned Nixon for unindicted crimes, for example.
Wrong. Nixon was never indicted never mind convicted of anything.
Ford’s pardon was a blanket pardon that cover all of Nixon’s time in the presidency, all possible acts. The only thing Ford couldn’t pardon was future acts. I have read that the legal reasoning about that is that if the president could pardon for future crimes it would be tantamount to writing ad hoc legislation, which would exceed executive power (well unless you are Obama, of course).
Anyway, Obama certainly has the power to pardon Shrillary for unindicted past crimes. One hopes she doesn’t get off that way, but the presidential pardon power is very broad.

Then bring a civil suit. Let the victims of the botched Benghazi operation sue Hillary for pain and suffering.

I hope he does. I hope though during the course of the campaign he avoids falling into this type of pre-election crap and running on it as one of his talking points.

Hillary was into so much stuff that a whole bunch of stuff not covered by an Obama pardon may be uncovered. Clinton Foundation tentacles covering anything and everything.
My guess is that all walk away scot free with $$$ in their pockets. Here’s how:
1. Clinton Foundation pays $$$ to Obama and Biden (as well as to the Clintons personally), then officially dissolves as an organization.
2. Obama pardons the Clintons and everyone associated with the Clinton Foundation (and Biden).
3. Obama resigns office a short time before Trump takes office.
4. Then President Biden (already pardoned) pardons Obama.
5. Trump takes over but has no criminal path forward for his AG as all the targets have been pardoned.
6. That doesn’t protect any of them from future trouble, but if they all get enough $$$, they’re financially set.
But if he did, the Congress would FINALLY act to stop him, by golly. / bitter sarc
