Here are some of the observations by FBI professionals who wish to remain anonymous because their opinions could affect their job prospects:
Why wasnt Clintons interview recorded? On May 22, 2014 the Justice Department announced a substantial change in policy creating a presumption that FBI agents will electronically record, expressing a preference for video recordings over audio. It appears to me they made a deal not to record, says one observer, which flies in the face of the idea that Clinton was treated like anybody else.
Typically its the U.S. Attorneys office, not FBI agents, deciding whether charges will be filed. Director Comey seems to have taken on responsibilities far beyond the FBIs purviewhe assumed the duties of the Agent, US Attorney and Grand Jury.
It appears no Grand Jury was empaneled for this investigation, says an insider. This is absurd, Grand Juries are used in nearly all criminal investigations and thats where the decision is made as to whether the standard for charges has been met. (Attkisson Note: I have no information on whether or not a Grand Jury was empaneled)
A two-day turnaround between the interview with the target and a decision not to prosecute is unheard of. Even in the most straightforward of cases, the time span between a target interview and prosecution opinion takes weeks, not days. If a good interview were conducted [with Clinton] on Saturday, there would have been leads or other new pieces of information to verify or investigate prior to any conclusion to the case.

I don't know about the FBI, but state and local police almost always have their interview rooms bugged. You don't see the recorders, but they are there.
That's something every citizen should be aware of.
“”””Comey is well-respected by politicians in both political parties
‘nuff said. “””””
Comey is well-respected by politicians in the UNIPARTY.
There is some integrity left.
So much for the promise that if Hillary isn’t indicted there would be a revolt in the F.B.I.
Instead they are anonymous grippers . . .
>Comey<
You misspelled ‘Commie’
But .....you see.....those FBI Pros ain’t the ones making the decisions you see.....
The _resident in the White Hut (White Mosque??) is. And sending his toady, Comey, out all squirming like a worm to say the words.
Having worked there for 32 years, now retired, I can assure you that was never going to happen. FBI Special Agents are not going to risk their six-figure salaries, Cadillac-health plans, two months paid leave per year, and generous retirement at 55 for a silly little thing like integrity.
Clinton has not been charged, indicted, or tried whatever, so Double Jeopardy does not exist. Just a thought for the future.
Remember the mantra? “140 FBI Special Agents investigating Hillary’s emails. Half of whom will resign if she walks.” Ya. That’s gonna happen. More BS dumped on the masses.
Comey was/is compromised. Simple. I bet the other FBI investigators were threatened with the idea that if Hillary should win, there would be hell to pay.
About time the leaks started coming.
I was visited by the FBI once on an :Interview” regarding semiconductor price fixing. They started out all chummy. I wrote them a note before I said anything. It said:
Got a warrant?
I want my lawyer.
Didn’t answer any questions. They followed me for days and then just went away.
When it comes right down to it, they're all government employees whose highest concern is their pension.
Shar always digs deep
I think Comey is unstable at this point. I'd put him on suicide watch.
Perhaps a picnic in a nice park would relax him.
Without any action, so what?
I do.
I have wondered whether Mrs. Clinton would have used her e-mail device during the so-called interview just to rub it all in to the FBI’s face who was and would soon be again their masters.
It wasn’t just 2 days either. It was a Sunday before the 4th and the 4th of July. Doubtful much FBI activity on this case on those 2 days.
