The FBI is set to question Hillary. Regardless of Clinton Foundation, RICO, Pay To Play, etcc.. Hillary has already admitted to 1. Having a private Server 2. Destroying emails she claimed were personnal. 3. Failing to return all emails/documents to State Department upon her moving.
What could she possibly say to exonerate herself on those charges? Nothing. Why has this taken so long? My take is her illness is starting to hasten this weekend. Maybe she won't even make it to the interview. Huma threw her under the bus with the limited info she recently provided. Bill threw her under the bus with the public meeting with Lynch. Hillary is out of time. She is out of lies. She is starting to feel the polls rise against her. Real Americans are pi$$ed. Any thoughts

She’ll cop a plea, quit her campaign, and Biden will be nominated in her place.
All Obama approved and sanctioned.
Even if the FBI wants her, they won’t be able to find her. They are not too good at keeping track of women terrorist.
I believe the foundation is being investigated under RICO.
This one seems to be insider info being traded about her Son-in-laws hedge fund.

The private server itself wasn't a crime.
But, the use of the server to send and received classified material IS a crime, even if it wasn't marked that way, and even if it wasn't intentional.

One of the provisions of the relevant law also obligated Clinton to report any breaches she observes.

Federal law enforcement agents are coming to question a candidate for the Presidency of our nation about possible criminal behavior by that candidate.
Why is she still running?
Why haven’t the leaders of the Democrat Party told her to withdraw?

Let’s suppose her actions weren’t purposefully malicious; then her actions were incompetent and negligent and potentially harmful. No matter how you look at it, she is not a worthy or even an adequate candidate for the office of President. As a public official that spouts off about the need for social justice, equality and fairness, and fairness under the law, she should know her white privilege and democrat liberal elitism does not allow her to be above the law.

I sure hope so. It would be appropriate. It is also quite possible that she will be indited for the email/security issues and then later the foundation will be brought up. That way she is out of the nomination and the FBI gets more time to investigate the foundation.
The gov has spent millions on this. All of the foundation money should be confiscated.
Your point is valid and should send a chill through every honest person’s bones. We are potentially on the precipice of societal collapse. The thin blue line will not be enough to keep order.

I have lived in many countries overseas and visited many more—I am retired from the military.
I have seen those places were Rule of Man rather than Rule of Law prevails, and it isn’t pretty and such socieities are doomed to failure.
When the strong can take from the weak and are above the law, the weak remain so forever or fight back, leading to crime, mafias, or just constant and wide spread rebellion. Much of Africa Central & South America and the Middle East are so. Can they ever change if there is no justice?
We are devolving.
Hillary getting off scot-free will be a big first step into chaos. I hope there is someone left in the FBI who understands the precipice we stand on. The choice they make will transcend the Clintons or their own lifetimes. They need to rule with that in mind.
I believe 3 minutes of waterboarding would work wonders to improve her memory.............
