Trump took a very dangerous step by changing his tactics and team at this point, especially since his moves on Monday only empowered his opponent and sowed the seeds of doubt regarding loyalty on his own side
In contrast to the pants on fire claims by liberal and faux conservative journalists, there hasnt been a single poll in recent weeks before the firing of Corey Lewandowski that, once corrected for known bias, shows anything other than a Trump-Clinton tie, or even a Trump lead.
Polling data last week were staged by the uni-party so the GOPe could use the data as leverage to take controlat least partiallyof Trumps campaign. This required the apparent useif we believe the sourced rumor millof bad polling data to justify Corey Lewandowskis unceremonious firing. This was a campaign coup détat on trumped-up charges. Nothing more, nothing less.
Fog of war
It seems Lewandowski was asked to resign since he gave some bad answers for strategy, such as suggesting announcing his VP now instead of the convention.
Corey is a great guy, but Trump is an experienced boss. I don’t question him on this, and the claims that anyone other than Trump has been running this election are quite silly. Manafort does Trump’s bidding.
Yeah. These are the same folks who told us about biased polls in 2012.
Ignore all polls. Get out and convince one new voter to vote trump
Corey was merely an adviser.
Trump didn’t change his team. He just fired Corey. Manafort, an old pro as to general elections is now in charge. You couldn’t have to guys both wanting to be top dogs, countermanding each other. Nothing gets done efficiently. Corey, who was great for the primaries, couldn’t traanition to the general elections needs, something Manafort knows all about. It all worked out, and Trump’s speech knocking Hillary today was terrific.
Bingo.
I think it’s not unusual for a guy to be quite effective at one (lower level) but not so good at a higher level. A good example was Ambrose Burnside, considered a pretty good corps commander, but a terrible commander of the army.
Lewandowski was just fine at the state level, one at a time. It’s now time for Manafort to bring it home.
Think of Corey as the starter, and Manafort as Mariano Rivera.
What a joke. This post is a lie.

I keep thinking of what Manafort said about the polling on Trump’s support among Mexicans. It was so simple it blew my mind. They simply polled more Mexicans in NY and CA.
The same could be said for the latest national polls. What’s stopping them from polling more people in states that Clinton beat Sanders handily. It’s that easy.
Besides, hearing “You’re Fired!” from Donald Trump is something of a badge of honor. Nothing to say Corey won’t have a future role with Trump. He did a good job but no job is forever.
I do think the phony polls are being used to try and give leverage to the establishment against Trump. Like letting the puppet, slave, Paul Ryan continue to run his mouth. The polling with Trump leading now, shows a big Trump victory. Our freedom is a few months away.
Any who rely on the MFM are fools of the first class. The media goes out of its way to muddy the waters in any and all manner possible. The Brothers Grimm wrote better fiction than any ‘journalist/writer’ employed today.
He seems to still be solidly in Trump's camp which says something about Trump's style of handling things.
Corey was the middle school manager. Now, for the general election, Trump needs a grad school manager.
He made the right choice. Corey did a GREAT job in the primaries, but is out of his league for the big show.
It ain’t bean bag.
