All this talk of getting fit for hunting season in the fall. How about doing some deer recognition exercise. Go through these pictures quickly and see if you can spot the deer. Give yourself five seconds, any longer means the deer is gone.
The third one almost looks like a Bev Doolittle painting:

At Fort AP Hill in Virginia, they spend the day submerged in ponds breathing through reeds. As your headed out for the day at dusk, they emerge to taunt you...
I think ‘harder’ is the operative word here.
First two were easy, took me awhile on the third one.

A lot of families are confused as the venison they are eating tastes remarkably like dairy cow. But that’s what dad shot.

What deer...?
Number three was easy, almost instantly saw the deer; other two not so much.
So imagine this, at one side there is a deer, while off to the other is another hunter, in camouflage, stalking the deer. The fact is that far too many ‘hunters’ look for movement and do not wait for an actual sight picture. Oops!
Thermal. It’s not just for night time. d;^)

I spend lots of time driving group home kids
thru deer attack country. I always warn these
future drivers not to let down their guard once
the first one makes it across. The second or
third one has your name tattooed above their
ass antlers.
