It is too bad the Newhart show isn't still on. They could have an episode about the Stratford Inn being taken over by Muslims. The maid and Mrs. Newhart could show the mostly young men a good time. If the article is accurate (and it probably isn’t) the populace is largely accepting or supportive. If that is the case, may they enjoy the fruits of electing a suicidal leadership and they should keep the blood off the sidewalks and the women fully covered. Otherwise, an aroused citizenry should drag the major out of his office, tar and feather him and ride him out of town on a rail.
