The price of arrogance.
Ordinarily I would not root for any business to fail, even one of my own competitors. But when a major corporation tells the vast majority of its customers f*** you in order to appease radical social activists, it would really be a shame if those insulted customers just kept shopping there and made the corporation pay no price for its arrogance. The early returns suggest Target customers are doing no such thing.
Breitbart reports that Target stock has fallen $2.65 per share since the infamous announcement that Target will let confused men into its ladies restrooms and dressing rooms, which amounts to an overall reduction of $1.5 billion in the value of the companys stock. I doubt thats a direct result of any revenue drop caused by people boycotting Target, even though 1 million people have signed online petitions saying they intend to do so. Boycotts are never effective for long because after awhile peoples anger subsides and they return to their normal day-to-day habits.
I hope they go out of business.
You’re the one with the correct take. 84 is the peaky peak of TGT and things are not looking that great as to consumer spending, nor GDP growth.

My #21.
“Boycotts are never effective...”
No, some are they just are not discussed - and should be. Refer to the Nike and BP boycotts.
You're still on the hook of course, but they will have one less active account, sir.
You could probably multiply that more by people like me who will never “sign up” on a website just to add me to the list of numbers.
I cannot think of any reason to ever go into a Target again. There is nothing that they sell that you cannot get somewhere else.
I hope Target ends up in bankruptcy. I think it is important for every other business owner to see a direct and immediate cause and effect relationship between Target’s pro-transvestite policies and going out of business.
Walmart may have the same policy, but they aren’t dumb enough to publically announce it.
The big box stores usually have lower prices. I can just about always find lower prices at Walmart, Home Depot, and Kroger. Thusly, I just don’t bother with Target. Target is just too expensive.
Ever.
It'll never happen. I bought clothes for the grandkids at Penny - haven't been there in so long I don't remember the issue - just know that I'm not shopping at stores that throw their liberal positions in my face. I wouldn't shop at a store that demanded I read a verse from the Bible to get in either. I'm sick of liberal elite bullies.
Target is the store that cares more about the 'feelings' of 50 year old men than about 10 year old children. That's sick ... Target can go eff themselves... I will NEVER shop there again.
“They’re” ?
Don’t just boycott them. Cancel your Target Red Card. Make them feel it in a real and direct manner.
Good news.
Good news indeed. Let the pervert supporting Target wackos support the perverts of America and the world. But God save America from them and their government cohorts, including the pervert in the White House.
Target has an agenda even if it means losing money.
(Hows that Political Correctness workin out for ya Target?)
Perversions in America must be stop or the nation dies under the judgement of almighty God and His Christ, our Lord and Saviour.
The left is completely gone over into paganism of the worst sort and has made America into Sodom and Gomorrah.
[I hope good people will realize the power of the boycott.]
Anyone know how to boycott the left so they close down once for all and for the safety and well being of all?
[liberals who champion the “rights” of mentally defective people.]
Liberalism is perversion and violence incarnate, a result of moral and then mental defection in thinking and judgment.
Target appears to be a slow learner.
Target Canada was notoriously unsuccessful, with an overly-aggressive expansion initiative in addition to higher prices and lesser selection than Target stores in the United States.[2] It racked up losses of $2.1 billion in its lifespan, and was characterized by the Canadian and U.S. media as a "spectacular failure",[3] "an unmitigated disaster",[4][5] and "a gold standard case study in what retailers should not do when they enter a new market."[6] Target Canada filed for bankruptcy in January 2015, and closed all of its stores by April 12
I think the same geniuses are still running the company.
If you chart Walmart stock price relative to Target, it has almost exactly the same rises and falls. Either this decline is part of the normal fluctuations of retail stock valuations or people are also boycotting Walmart for some reason.
