The latest I saw was 57/43 Hillary/Bernie. That’s “thoroughly beaten?”
I wonder what the writer says about 60/15 Trump/Cruz? Would it be “thoroughly beaten?”
The Former Twelfth Lady has gotta make him her running mate.Knowing the depths to which this nation has sunk she’ll be damn hard to beat.
I’m thrilled. She’s much more beatable.
Bernie has run a surprisingly good campaign.
They haven’t held the FBI primary yet. A lose there could end her run.
I hate Bernie’s politics. I like the fact that he is anti DC establishment and anti Hillary.
If I were Bernie I’d stay in just in case Hitlery gets indicted. He can just coast. I think a Trump/sanders race would be a cakewalk for Trump.
Bernie was in the race as a foil for HRC from the beginning. The Democrat’s needed someone to make Hillary seem more of a moderate.
I don’t believe for a second that he was there to try and win.
Consider this-—yeah, a lot of ifs:
Total Dem vote in NY was 1.752m of which Dinobernie got 752,000.
Total GOP vote in NY was 857,000.
IF GOP would unite behind Trump, and IF half (yeah, a lot) of Dinobernie’s supporters indeed move to Trump, you have a difference of less than 100,000 in NY.
In perspective? Bush won OH in 2004 by 117,000 votes, close enough for a recount. Just a LITTLE bigger GOP turnout and NY is not only in play, it is winnable-—but only for Trump.
It’s funny. The only yard signs and bumper stickers I see are ones for Bernie. They are all over the place. Not a single one for Mrs. Clinton. I saw one brave soul post his Trump yard signs next to his neighbor who had Bernie signs out. Those are gone now.
I hope he stays in the race to the end. Comedians need the work.
Come on Bolshevik Bernie! Keep the pressure on the troll! Trump will have to take over a shift after you withdraw!
He won’t withdraw, and I doubt that the Clinton campaign expects him to. I think what they’re hoping is that he stops the attacks and confines himself to trying to push her more to the left.
