BETHESDA, Md., April 8, 2016/PRNewswire/ — Ted Cruz risks primary disqualification in New Jersey resulting from charges of ballot access fraud. A primary ballot disqualification hearing is scheduled by the Secretary of State for Monday, April 11 at 9:00 a.m. in Mercerville, New Jersey.
Washington D.C. Law Professor Victor Williams charges that Ted Cruz fraudulently certified his constitutional eligibility for office to gain ballot access. Williams demands that Cruz be disqualified from several late-primary ballots: “Cruz committed ballot access fraud in each state when he falsely swore that he was a ‘natural born’ American citizen.” Cruz was born in Calgary, Canada and held his resulting Canadian citizenship until May 2014. Cruz is a naturalized (not natural born) American citizen.

Cruz birthers all seem to have 1 thing in common, none of them like Cruz. It’s almost as if this birther garbage is just a silly made up excuse for why the guy they don’t like (who happens to be the only viable opponent to the guy that all/nearly all of them do like) shouldn’t be eligible.

I’d agree with except that Ted refuses to release the documentation. It makes me wonder if there’s something there.

Same here. Cruz is one of my least favorite Republican candidates of all time, for several reasons. The birther stuff is not one of them.

How is it possible for someone to be natural born citizen when you are born in Canada. One parent a Cuban immigrant and another a Canadian citizen. And then growing up as a Canadian citizen all the way up till 2014?

As long as a child's parents are American citizens, either NBC or Naturalized, at the time of birth and born on American soil, that child is a NBC! It's what our government states, it's what our Constitution states, both Houses of Congress have NOT passed any laws to change this, and it is what it is!
It's NOT about Trump!

It's about the Constitution of the United States and upholding the Rule of Law!
Why is it okay for Ted to lie about it now, but was okay for him to tell the truth about what a NBC is, when he was running for the Senate in Texas?
Why was it okay for Cruz to lie by omission, to the people of Texas, by NOT telling them that he was born outside of the USA?
Just WHAT, exactly, makes this on the level of the NE?

I had figured this all along. Whether it is valid or not, the Dems will blow up the media with the question. No one will care that obama was not legit. But, people will listen to this about Cruz. Then, hillary or bernie sail on in.

I tend to listen to Mark Levin's first half hour in the car each weeknight driving home, and tonight he made an amazing statement.
He said that he will NOT vote for Trump in a general election unless he disowns his operative Roger Stone for calling for riots if Trump loses. And the outing of delegates hotel room #s who don't support Trump.
