I’m not buying it until I can find a confirming report. I just ran a search and there is no other report as yet.

We have no Primary candidate yet....."most likely" has in the past proven otherwise. The race is still on....

Looks like Jindal is on the Blacklist.

Obviously Jindal hasn’t been listening to his God. /sarcasm

With all due respect, can we tone down the hyperbole on FR? When one of the bottom tier ex-candidates endorses one of the other candidates, it is not a HUGE announcement. It won’t shift percentages for the candidate one way or another. Let’s save HUGE for truly huge announcements like “Hillary Clinton indicted” or “Michelle Obama sues goat for alienation of affection.”

yeah, one hugely unpopular politician endorses another. Not that endorsements mean anything anymore.

You are correct. The headline, accurately reported by OP is:

Breaking: Bobby Jindal Just Made A HUGE Announcement

Only a fool would read anything into that other than Jindal's tame sentiments of "I'll support the party nominee."

Sincerest regrets.

Same here.

So Trump gets Jindal and Sessions while Cruz gets Bush and Graham. Nice.

Now that's funny, I don't care who you're pulling for in this primary. Thanks for the humor! --TL

As eye-opening as this primary has been for ordinary voters, it has to be even more eye-opening for those politicians who are only loosely connected to the establishment. I believe that this was what happened to Christie, and it may be what is happening to Jindal.

For Cruz it is getting too late for redemption. He has chosen to side with the establishment, and against the broad swath of voters who are fed up with the establishment. But Jindal still has time to decide whose side he is on.

I actually saw it two days ago, and it was trending on my Facebook. I didn’t think anything of it at the time because it wasn’t in political media.

Here is a very nasty take down of Jindahl precisely for his Trump support statement.

Here’s another one:

The word “huge” was not hyperbole on FR. It was an exact exerpt from the Political Insider title of the article. Isn’t that we are required to do when starting a post, use the exact title so we are not in danger of duplicating a previously posted story?

Like Carly Fiorini?

You miss the point. Jindal is not endorsing any one - it’s a take down of the GOPe.

While these types of things are subtle, they are more important than you are giving them credit for. The never-Trump movement depends upon solidarity amongst republicans, since each member of the never-Trump movement is taking significant risk with respect to their voting base. Each reasonably prominent Republicans who slips out of the never-Trump movement makes it more likely that an additional one will leave. Once it hits a tipping point, the never-Trump movement is over, and the country club republicans and neo-conservatives lose their grasp on the republican party, hopefully for a very long time.

Incidentally, this is why it is reasonably big news, even if it wasn't an endorsement. The never-Trump movement is materially weaker than it was earlier today, if this is true.

Not as huge as a Clinton indictment, but not minor, either.

Looks like a wishful extension of Jindal remarks made on teevee some days ago.

But following Trump's big wins on Super Tuesday 2 (or Super Duper Tuesday or Super Yugeday or whatever we're calling it), Jindal is being reasonable ...
"The GOP establishment is done for ... this race shows that. Voters are angry and frustrated ... Donald Trump should serve as a wake-up call.

"When huge chunks of your base are telling you something, you have to listen to them ... let's let the voters speak."
