Hillary Clinton insisted Wednesday night that she would not be indicted over her email controversy, firing back at debate moderators who asked whether she would drop out of the contest under those circumstances.
"Oh for goodness, that is not going to happen," Clinton said. "I'm not even answering that question."

Republicans have made Clinton's use of a personal email server during her time as President Barack Obama's secretary of state a cornerstone in their argument that she is not qualified to be president.
The FBI is currently investigating whether Clinton's use of the server broke any laws.
No she won’t. An all Democrat Grand Jury will not indict, and a Dem AG will not ask them to.
Yes, it’s a double standard.

With the medias help Hillary has confused many of the voters about her classified email mishandling. The two billion dollars (est.) that she funneled into the Clinton foundations in return for political influence will be a lot easier to find.
Since the original leak about the two pronged investigation, it has not shown up again in the media. No one in the media for one reason pursued it.
Other things we’re seeing points to it existing.
That’s the basic outline except with the subpoenas to be issued on behalf of Judicial Watch in May, the timing will speed up then. I expect her to to be removed earlier.
I doubt the FBI will play second fiddle to Judicial Watch now that they have Pagliano on a leash. Guccifer is due to arrive in the states soon. He’s already cooperated with the FBI. We may see more of his revelations out in the media along with pressure applied to Hillary’s aides.
It’s going to be an interesting spring and summer. Whether they realize it or not Hillary has setup some of her aides to be scapegoats. Someone will have to pay for mishandling classified information.
The most amazing part of that exchange is the cheering throng. Wow...
I suspect that her legal predicament — whether or not she will be indicted — will be heavily influenced by 2 factors:
1) Her standings in the polls. If Obama determines that she’s going to lose against the Republican nominee he’ll likely let it be know through back channels that the Doj is moving forward.
2) Hillary’s willingness to leave the race citing “Health”, and then accepting a presidential pardon.
Considering her loss in Michigan to Sanders and the advanced stage of the FBI investigation, I’d say that we are almost there. I’m looking for Hillary to pick a Friday this month to enter the Hospital with vague symptoms of “Exhaustion”. And the Sunday programs will be all a-twitter speculating about “possible this or that”. By Monday her campaign issues a statement — and she’d gone.
We are not.....perhaps we never were.
He may just do that if nothing is done. He and maybe hundreds of others. Sometimes you just have to take a stand.
I disagree, the “Hippies” all went off the grid and are now branded as “Neo-Conservative Whack jobs” because they still reject the government and the establishment. Meanwhile, the Fascist Democrats never really were Hippies, but rather rich kids who grew up with a silver spoon in their mouths and never missed a meal. I know, I’m one of those Hippies, gave our children colorful Hippy names, live in the country, grow our own food and have been recycling since 1975. While “Todays Liberals” (Todays Fascists) are just discovering recycling and growing your own food and pretend that they discovered it. Bunch of phonies. The Democrat party is filled with people who like to label everyone so they can isolate and divide them. Pretty pathetic
Allthe top Dems have probably told her she is safe. Lynch gave a hint the other day, saying the DOJ doesn’t have to actually act on evidence provided by the FBI.
Would it fair to say that the “hippies” that took over were just into it for the fun of the moment? I remember a teacher in college telling us that when the Veitnam war ended, they all shaved their beards, got three piece suits, went to work for Wall St. and ushered in the 80s. I am just trying to better understand what happened to that generation as I was to young at the time and the media tends to promote the liberal fascist version of history.
That teacher lied. he/She was never a real Classical Liberal or a Hippie. They were always part of the establishment
