Governor LePage "I also have two daughters born in Canada, and they had to be naturalized, they couldn't be natural."

Howie Carr: "Really? You don't think your daughters could run for President?"

Governor LePage: "They can't. I know they can't. I've already looked into it."

If Trump’s ma had gone to Windsor to give him birth, his supporters would be calling him an NBC. Because Trump.

Tell you what SR, I’ll vote for Cruz if he makes it since there is a lot more at stake than the NBC dispute.

That is exactly my position.

Congressional grants of citizenship are naturalization.

There's birthright citizenship and there's naturalization.

Congress doesn't grant birthright citizenship. Congress can restate what is birthright citizenship.

Naturalization requires a personal written request to become a citizen. Show us the Ted Cruz Naturalization Application documentation.

So two American Natural Born citizens have a baby in Paris/On a boat/In Iraq/etc. and that child is not a Natural US Citizen?
Should we bring back slavery since it wasn’t written in the Bill of rights??

You have a pretty bad case of birtherism. It does not respond to treatment, so I won’t attempt to do so beyond what I have already done elsewhere.

And it sounds like you have a case of anti-birtherism, which is by far a more debilitating malady. The rational people in the birther movement are in fact correct on all the points they have brought forward.

Godebert’s opinion won’t sway anyone in the court system.

That is not proof that it is incorrect. Our modern courts are full of nonsensical ideas masquerading as current law, such as a right to abortion or "gay" marriage. That the courts do not agree means nothing to people who are interested in what is actually true.

What you wrote is exactly why any suit against Cruz per NBC will never get beyond collecting the court costs and attorneys fees and hearing DISMISSED.

Is it your argument then that the "gay marriage" courts are always correct?

Au contraire:

That’s a technical term for B.S.

SEC. 301.(a) The following shall be nationals and citizens of
the United States at birth

All of the persons with the seven definitions of Sec 301 (a) are not naturalized in order to become citizens, the event of their birth makes them citizens in their own right. Since we only have only two classes of citizens, there is no wiggle room to play with using word games. This is the definition of natural born citizen, enacted by Congress by the powers numerated to them by the Constitution.

Take your case to federal court and good luck to you.

That is not true. Naturalization is the conferring of citizenship by any means whatsoever.

I don’t think homo-marriage was the subject to this thread.

No where in any statuate does it describe “the phrase “natural born citizen”.

That is a nonsense statement. By definition, "Natural Law" is not defined by statute. It is defined by "the laws of nature and of nature's God."

Might as well ask where "Male" or "Female" is defined by statute.

Why on Earth would you think that voting is a right? You have a right to impose your will? Nope. Have any idea why we have an electoral college? It’s so that the people are not effectively connected to the federal power. That connection would give federal authorities power over individuals, which is never allowed in a federal system. The Framers were pure geniuses in their understanding of government. We are not worthy of the system they created because of our ignorance and arrogance.

A natural born citizen can not have their citizenship revoked.

A person who acquired citizenship via Pub. L. 82-414 § 301(a)(7) can have their citizenship revoked.

Because the "gay marriage" courts are always so big on applying natural law.

The daughters had to be “naturalized”? They weren’t US citizens since birth? That’s odd.

I was born overseas, and I’ve been a US citizen since birth. Didn’t have to go through any naturalization ceremony ...

The statute says “citizen”, it does not say “natural born citizen”. Don’t read words into the statute that aren’t there.

Who says a “ceremony” is required? There is no such requirement.
