Was Justice Scalia murdered? Forget "conspiracy theory." This is real.
Let's jump right in with quotes from the Washington Post, 2/15, Conspiracy theories swirl around the death of Antonin Scalia. The Post published extraordinary statements from the Facebook page of "William O. Ritchie, former head of criminal investigations for D.C. police":
"As a former homicide commander, I am stunned that no autopsy was ordered for Justice Scalia."
"You have a Supreme Court Justice who died, not in attendance of a physician. You have a non-homicide trained US Marshal tell the justice of peace that no foul play was observed. You have a justice of the peace pronounce death while not being on the scene and without any medical training opining that the justice died of a heart attack. What medical proof exists of a myocardial Infarction? Why not a cerebral hemorrhage?"
"How can the Marshal say, without a thorough post mortem, that he was not injected with an illegal substance that would simulate a heart attack..."

“But, if you think of this critically...”
Conspiracy theorists and critical thinking... ne’er the twain shall meet.
If he was killed it was likely planned and performed by a “professional”. An autopsy done by a doctor in a small Texas town most likely would have found nothing suspicious. Still it would have been nice if they could have gone to the trouble so that millions of people wouldn’t have been left wondering. They might have found something obvious like an aortic aneurism, stoke, or just that he choked on BBQ left overs.
The truth is what the oligarchy tell you it is. Period. They can murder with impunity and folks right on this thread will tell you ‘what difference does it make now?’ Very hillaryesque that.
Body was NOT cremated. Will lie in state for public to pay respects in the Supreme Court on Friday.
There are lots of unanswered questions, though.
We know that Justice Scalia had at least eight very powerful friends — his fellow Supreme Court justices.
The fact that not a single one of them has yet had the decency to honor Justice Scalia by calling for an investigation into the unusual circumstances of his death speaks volumes about the state of our leadership in Washington.
History will record that at the time of Justice Scalia’s death the Democratic party was so corrupt that it’s leading candidate for president was a women who, according to overwhelming evidence, had committed serious crimes involving America’s national security.
So to future historians it will not seem farfetched that the head of this corrupt Democratic party, President Obama, might have had something to do with a mysterious death involving a Supreme Court justice who died with a pillow over his face and the absence of a customary autopsy.
Justice Scalia deserves to rest in peace — not to go through history as a possible murder victim. But in these corrupt times does anyone in Washington have the courage to stand up and demand the truth, if not justice for those who wielded the fatal pillow and then did everything to cover up what they had done?
I agree.
I saw some of that....sick.
Excellent point.
When John F. Kennedy had the top of his head blown off in Dallas he was rushed to Parkland Hospital, where IIRC he was officially pronounced dead.
Lyndon Johnson took the oath of office standing next to JFK'd coffin in the plane. A plane which then flew to Washington DC and from thdre his coffin was transported to Bethesda Naval Hospital.
Here was an assassinated president with grievous and fatal head wound transported nearly a day later for full post mortem examination. What need was there for that do you think?
Maybe because he was the head of state, head of the Executive Branch of our government,
Just as Chief Justice Scalia was the chief executive of the highest court in the land, the very pinnacle of the Judicial Branch.
I would expect the Speaker of the House and Senate as heads of the two Legislative Branches to receive the same treatment as JFK
A sovereign republic should expect and demand such treatment as a matter of course period. In these instance family wishes are secondary to concerns of the nation. The fate of a nation may well at times hinge on the results of a full and comprehensive examination.
We are not yet a banana republic.
No, the sudden death (plane crash) of Wellstone was a net gian for the democrats. Look back at the history, and try to recall the obscene memorial service.

Just thought you would want to know.
The whole thing is suspicious at best. Highly out the ordinary and so so convenient.
Speaking from experience I can tell you “no.” The family is well aware of his health. I am sure they are pretty confident the “dad” did not want that.
“who died with a pillow over his face” classic disinformation ploy. You’re dismissed. Not credible.
They did release public statements. https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/post-nation/wp/2016/02/14/read-the-statements-of-supreme-court-justices-on-antonin-scalias-death/
That is exactly what I surmised from Poindexter's initial statement about the pillow. Mainly because he also stated that Scalia's face did not look contorted.
If the pillow was over his face, he would not have been able to see the face.
It is a valid question, but you are not allowed to speculate as to why the evidence will never exist. Everyone knows it is not a conspiracy because people in power never do anything illegal to keep their power.
Only the riffraff commit crimes...
That was my first thought, but then I remembered that he was a strong willed guy who at times stood alone rather than follow the rest of the party. His death brought about Al Franken and Amy K...both follow the party 100%. Wellstone’s death benefited the dems.
He did not hunt that day, but stayed in the car to tour the grounds.
He was going to meet his son there, but his son could not make it.
