A fifth Marxist will soon join the Supreme Court
Coach is Right ^ | 2/15/16 | Doug Book

The sudden death of Antonin Scalia represents a looming disaster for the American people and for the United States.

For years the Supreme Court has consisted of 5 conservatives and 4 dedicated leftists. Apart from Justice Thomas, court conservatives have often been undependable at best! Witness the voting record of Justice Kennedy and former Justice Sandra Day O’Connor. Court leftists, on the other hand, might have phoned in their decisions, given their “tendency” to make rulings which rarely if ever stray from advancing the objectives of the liberal agenda.

Obama’s 3rd appointment to the court will provide the American left with a long anticipated guarantee that every future case will be decided in its favor. Farewell to 2nd Amendment rights, the continued existence of right to work states and the ability of conservative states to prevent voter fraud. And that will be only the beginning.

And why should Obama’s next appointment to the court be considered a done deal? Because the guy who will decide whether a Senate vote takes place on the leftist president’s nominee is Senator Mitch McConnell, a despicable GOPe sell-out of the first order.

Of course, McConnell has already promised that no vote will be taken on an Obama appointee to the court. According to the Washington Examiner, upon receiving news of Scalia’s death McConnell lost no time in getting out the following statement:

“The American people should have a voice in the selection of their next Supreme Court justice. Therefore, this vacancy should not be filled until we have a new president.”

“McConnell’s statement indicates he is not planning on bringing to the floor for a vote any nominee Obama selects to succeed [Scalia], according to a Senate GOP aide.” (my emphasis)

Should have; should not;...

Google gas to hurry up with their immortality experiments so they can digitize Ginsberg.

I’m really surprised Ginsberg hasn’t resigned yet, during Obama’s tenure, considering her failing health.

OK, then maybe it’s time to put SCOTUS back into their constitutional cage where they belong.

The Constitution, the Supreme Law of the Land and Creator and Ruler over the Supreme Court (SCOTUS), DOES NOT give SCOTUS power to make national law. That is one of the modern-day perversions that has led to the tyranny of the feds.

SCOTUS is the JUDICIAL branch, NOT the legislative branch - the Constitution LIMITS their power to adjudicating individual Cases and Controversies and the power of their decision, IF CONSTITUTIONAL, is limited to the parties of that particular case and any other case with the same facts and questions of law.

The states must stand up to SCOTUS and nullify their unconstitutional decisions and overreach. The American People through their states and elected officials MUST reinstate the Constitution as written and originally understood and intended as the law of the land and Ruler over the feds.

If only that could happen.

Well either way sooner or later, the people through the states MUST reel in this rogue, out-of-control SCOTUS and put them in their constitutional cage. All the good guys on the Court have been able to do is slow down the Court’s unconstitutional decisions and overreach.

Maybe a Marxist majority SCOTUS would accelerate people’s awareness of SCOTUS for what it has become - an unconstitutional oligarchy that threatens our free and peaceful way of life. It’s time to put a stop to it and demand that SCOTUS decision be LIMITED to INDIVIDUAL CASES and CONTROVERSIES as written in the Constitution.

And unconstitutional SCOTUS decisions have NO legitimate power even in the individual case it decides. Remember, the Constitution rules SCOTUS, not the other way around and the states have constitutional sovereignty to nullify such decisions.

This could be the end of the second amendment. Obama's hate for the constitution is much stronger than McConnell's belief in what it means to our future. Obama will not waiver in his fight to install another Marxist.

Also, more alleged conservatives have moderated their positions once they were installed on the court. Liberals never have. There is no such thing as a moderate liberal.

Elections have consequences. A president Mitt Romney, as bad as he might have been on other issues, would not be appointing a Marxist to the Supreme Court.

Email / Mail / Fax your US Senators & Mitch McConnell - Tell them to Hang Tough & Don’t Let Obama Replace Justice Scalia.

Sample Letter

Dear Honorable US Senator McConnell,

Sir, you are exactly right to delay a new Supreme Court appointment until the next President. A resolution was passed by the Democrat controlled US Senate in 1960 for this purpose. The link to this article from American Thinker is pasted below.

http://www.americanthinker.com/blog/2016/02/dems_in_senate_passed_a_resolution_in1960_against_election_year_supreme_court_appointments.html

Obama cannot be trusted on anything and needs to be completely held in check by our Congress until his term is finished.

Please stand firm with the US Senate, be bold, and tell the liberals that we will follow the 1960 US Senate resolution and not allow any Supreme Court appointments in an election year - period.

Thank you sir for the job you are doing.

Sincerely and respectfully,

.....

The Bill of Rights will be right out the windows. We’ll see Christianity defined as hate speech and guns completely criminalized. Not to mention open borders and permanent Marxism.

Agreed. And by extension, the first amendment will be quick to follow. The American people have absolutely zero understanding of the crossroads at which we find our nation, but here we are.

If I had to guess, I'd say that the odds favor Obama getting his way and before he's ousted from office, he'll have yet another, likely young, Liberal sitting on SCOTUS. This will damage us for generations, possibly longer if we make it more than a few decades.

My guess: regardless of the winner in November, America ceases to exist as a republic by 2025.

Which would likely be pretext to a civil war in this country.

Romney would have at least appointed a “squish” which at the very least would have bought us some time....

Times now up...

Unless it was to keep a Conservative from getting the GOP nomination, that's when he was a "bulldog." Screw Romney.
