Grab a coffee, because this is soup-to-nuts.

Many people will awaken today to the news of approximately 100 to 150 armed militia taking control of a closed Wildlife Park Headquarters, and not know the full back-story – so here it is:

The short summary is: in an effort to draw attention to a ridiculous arrest of a father and son pair of Oregon Ranchers (“Dwight Lincoln Hammond, Jr., 73, and his son, Steven Dwight Hammond, 46,) who are scheduled to begin five year prison sentences (turning themselves in tomorrow January 4th 2016), three brothers from the Cliven Bundy family and approximately 100/150 (and growing) heavily armed militia (former U.S. service members) have taken control of Malheur Wildlife Refuge Headquarters in the wildlife reserve. They are prepared to stay there indefinitely.

Here’s the long version: including history, details, links video(s) and explanations:

While I appreciate yout sentiment, I hope that you are in a position to offer something more than more words and prayers to back them up.

Arson causing less than $1000 damage.

It comes down to your definition of arson.

The nephew is alleged to be mentally unbalanced and estranged from the family.

A jury of their peers, however, heard the evidence (including the testimony of a nephew who witnessed the fires being set), and found them guilty of arson.

With the right set of jury instructions and a jury filled with brain dead government employees, almost anyone can be convicted of anything.

I am always kicked off juries because I will not promise to follow the instructions of the judge. I tell the judge that it depends on the instructions.

In this case a jury of their "peers" would have exercised jury nullification.

I can guarantee that none of the jurors who voted "guilty" knew these guys could be put away for essentially the rest of their lives for this minor violation of some bureaucratic rules.

"By law, arson on federal land carries a five-year mandatory minimum sentence."

If theHammonds are to be believed there was no "arson on federal land".

That being said, this offers a fine opportunity for Obama's gun grabbing 2016 agenda.

I was just there, he is covering it. But he did make a good point about the potential for false flags in this and how this potentially fits the regime`s desire for a flashpoint or trigger for a final oligarch take over push.

You find some humor in the murder of almost two dozen small children by being burned alive by their government?

I don't think there was an attempt at humor, I think he was trying to make a point!.

How is this supposed to help?

“The government needs to start following the Constitution.”

True. But Zero is pretty far down the totalitarian road already, and it’s only the Tea Party, patriots, and the few shreds of our Constitution that we have left that have restrained this America-hating, racist dictator wannabe from going all the way. I expect him to keep trying.

This will be another Waco — or worse — if Dear Leader gets his way. The bloodier, the better. His bloodthirsty regime hasn’t gotten much traction out of their mass shootings, so they have to try another tactic.

“The perfect time” is certainly not charging straight into a minefield lined with claymores because somebody over yonder waved a flag. Don’t be a buffalo charging over a cliff. If and when CW2 breaks out, don’t let it happen on the enemy’s terrain following the enemy’s plan. That is just called STUPID.

Break out the tin foil hats!

Armed revolutionaries commandeering a federal building. Wow, imagine that? And timed with 0dunga's vacation ending for his town hall about guns on CNN!! I'm calling false flag on this one, with feds planted inside the group stoking a fire to set-up the good guys for a big Reichstag fire.

Yep, bigtime. What happens next is a “mystery shot” that takes out a FLEA. This is so scripted.

“Malheur County targeted for gold, uranium mines

Richard Cockle, The Oregonian By Richard Cockle, The Oregonian
on January 08, 2012 at 9:50 PM, updated January 08, 2012
********************
(Picture)
Andrew Bentz and Andy Gaudielle of Calico Resources USA stand atop an estimated 425,000 ounces of gold in the bowels of Grassy Mountain south of Vale. The company hopes to win over environmentalists and get permission to sink mine shafts into the mountain to claim the rich lode, which geologists say could include an additional 500,000 ounces of gold.
************************

ONTARIO — Sprawling Malheur County could soon be in the spotlight as a mining hub — or a battleground of uranium and gold mining interests vs. environmentalists trying to protect its lonesome sagebrush landscape.

Australian-owned Oregon Energy LLC hopes to mine 18 million pounds of yellowcake uranium from the southeastern Oregon high desert 10 miles west of McDermitt near the Oregon-Nevada boundary. The go-ahead to mine the so-called Aurora uranium deposit could bring up to 250 construction jobs to the county, followed by 150 mining jobs.”

TBD, you got it wrong. The children were killed because either they were being molested by David Koresh OR they might be molested by David Koresh. Obviously they are better off dead.

Get your facts right!

Do I need a sarcasm tag????????????

If you sit down for poker and you can't figure out who's the mark, YOU are the mark.

We need to be smarter than buffalos. We're being played, majorly.
