It's not just the absence of presidential leadership. It's the fact that a whole group of people from the presidential administration to the press corps of the United States is entirely silent about the malfeasance of the president.
Why isn't, he, the president talking about terror in San Bernardino?
Why isn't the President taking a leadership role in helping the citizens of the United States deal with this horrific terrorist event?
Why aren't the members of Obama's administration reacting in a way that shows concern about the terrorism and about the commander-in-chief's apparent lack of concern in that he is saying and doing nothing?
Why aren't the members of the press going crazy about the lack of leadership out of the Office of the President to the worst act in the US since 9/11.
Will Hussein Obama use his speech tomorrow night to again tell Americans to get off our “high horse” regarding islamic terror because of the “Crusades”?
I”m glad you brought that up. I cannot, for the life of me, WHY Obama did not immediately go to the scene & meet w/ the victims’ families & loved ones. It is absolutely shameful. He really does fail this country on every level.
I think for many Americans this murder by terrorists is the straw that finally broke them from even the thinnest belief that this president knows what he is doing or even cares. He is absolutely disgusting. Compare his absence w/ the immediate response of the French. I now completely understand the repulsion people feel for Obama.
Understand before WHY
His rush to embrace the French people provided a nice misfire where he spouted some nonsense about the French sharing our values of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Then the white people got the teleprompter and/or earpiece working, and he corrected it to liberty, equality, and fraternity.

1) GWB kept reading a book to a classroom of children after learning of the 911 attack.
2) that GWB did not immediately return to DC but continued to remain in the air on AF1
