A column entitled 'Hillary Clinton’s Million Little Lies' is getting a lot of attention today, almost certainly because it captures a vital aspect for the former first lady, senator, and secretary of state. Michael Walsh begins with lone of the great all-time howlers:
To hear Hillary Clinton tell it, she was named for Sir Edmund Hillary, the conqueror of Mount Everest — even though she was already 6 years old when he made his famous ascent.
Dame Liesalot now blames that one on her mother, safely deceased and unable to defend herself. It is very reminiscent of Elizabeth Warren claiming that 'family lore' instructed her claim to Native American heritage at a moment in life when it would gain her membership in the faculty of Harvard Law School.
The next lie chronicled is far more venal and self-serving than merely explaining an embarrassing misspelling of her first name.
On a visit to war-torn Bosnia in 1996, she claimed she and her entourage landed under sniper fire and had to run “with our heads down to get into the vehicles to get to our base†— although videos of her arrival show her waltzing serenely across the tarmac, waving to the crowd.

She doesn’t know how her Rose Law Firm billing records ended up in the private quarters of the White House.
“I’m not in this for the money.”
Hillary’s former Rose Law Firm partner Vince Foster was “working” with them just prior to his trip to Ft. Marcy Park. Hillary’s loyal assistant Cheryl Mills was seen leaving his office soon after his Arkancide, but she swears she dindu nuffin’. I have read (but don’t know absolutely) that the files were “found” ONE day after the statute of limitations expired for charging Hillary with billing offenses related to the records.
Hillary’s list of scandals is far longer than her list of actual accomplishments.
Exactly, if they could catalogue each and every lie she ever told it would make the Library of Congress look like a fortune cookie paper.

Hard to tell. Her refrain:
“I can’t recall”
hid so many whoppers that most of them would probably be in the top ten.
Alas, she was allowed to skate by relying upon the “fragile memory of your average, dumb woman” meme, all the while also trying to create the image of her as being the smartest woman in America.
That she is a woman.
