When images of Barack Obama shaking hands with President-host Erdogan flashed across one of the many monitors placed throughout the G20 summit it proved further fodder for rebuke by the Russian strongman, who then pointed to a monitor while shaking his head at the sight of the widely smiling and seemingly passive American president.

"He's A Child... He's A Child."

When in "international waters," that's pretty much true. Here in the US, he gets to use the entire apparatus of the State to go all "grownup" on anyone who doesn't kiss his azz (with GOP-e acquiescence, of course).

It looks like Barry was straining to keep from breaking into a bow when they took the pic of he and Erdogan. I suppose that was only natural in the presence of the Caliph-designee.
