Black Lives Matter Leader Demands New Constitution or There will be "Bullets"
The Social Memo ^ | 10/7/15 | Aurelius

Posted on 10/07/2015 8:32:17 AM PDT by rightistight

A "Black Lives Matter" leader has issued a dire warning for the United States: the United States needs a new Constitution or else, he warns, "it will be the bullet" for the US.

Blake Simons, who wrote an article detailing his ideas, is the Deputy Comms Director of "Afrikan Black Coalition." The name of his piece is "A New Constitution or the Bullet."

Simons writes, "Our Black Lives Matter protests have stormed the country, yet cops continue to kill us daily, and the judicial system continues to justify our deaths with acquittals, non-indictments, and light sentences-all in the name of upholding the Constitution."

After months of protesting, Simons explains that he came "to realize that the Constitution is the root of virtually all our problems in America."

He continues, "The U.S. is a country that was founded on slavery, genocide, rape, and white male patriarchy. The colonizers that we condemn for enslaving Afikans and murdering indigenous peoples are the same people that produced and upheld the document we use to govern our nation to this day. Our bloodshed is rooted in this nation’s founding document, The Constitution."

For this reason, there "must be a new constitution or the bullet."

"A Constitution written by only white men will never serve the interests of Black people," Simons argues. "The Constitution was written for the ruling class of white men which constructed whiteness to be more valuable than any other race. When we discuss institutional racism, it is essential that we realize that the Constitution created it."

Simons then lays out his demands. "The United States has failed us; it is time we demand a new constitution or tell America that she will get the bullet," he says. "White supremacy’s bullets are killing Black people every day. If America does not protect us, then it is our human right to defend ourselves by any means necessary. It is our human right to overthrow a government that has been destructive to our people. This is why we must rise up and let all people come together and write new constitution to serve ALL people."

According to Simons, the example set by the Black Panthers must be followed. "The idea for a new constitution is not a new idea, rather an old one that was developed by the Black Panther Party," he writes. "In 1970, the Black Panther Party organized a Revolutionary People’s Constitutional Convention, however, after infiltration by the illegal COINTELPRO the idea never came into fruition. We must pick up where the Black Panthers left off and declare a new constitution or it will be the bullet."

He concludes his article with the warning, "If America fails to allow all people of this nation to write a new constitution, then it will be the bullet. Revolution is inevitable in a society that does not value the lives of all people."

Isn’t it weird?
People like us who want to preserve the constitution we already have are seen as a threat compared to those nutjobs.

I didn’t see where it said what would be in this new Constitution. Probably it would be a mix of Marxism and white slavery. There’s been some promotion of the idea of giving non-whites extra voting power.

It is our human right to overthrow a government that has been destructive to our people.

That sounds like something that a white slave owner from Virginia once wrote in 1776.

Treason. Attempt to overthrow government.

Which is the same as demanding gun control.

I really get the impression that they think they are a much larger % of the population than they actually are!

So, RoadGumby, I can’t let this pass
You’ve been spewing some gosh awful gas
About me you tell lies
That should be no surprise
‘Cause your head has gone far up your (fill in a rhyming word)

As I have said many times, Romney was next to last on my list, only a step ahead of Ron Paul. For the record, despite this ***clown’s attempt to distort my position, I am against Obamacare, gay marriage, legal sodomy (not sodony), and overall socialism. I am a conservative before I am a Republican and loathe the RINOs who have been screwing us for far too long.

In Nov of 2012, it was either Romney or Obama who would be chosen as President. Had Romney won, I was prepared to take it to the street and fight a President Romney on all his many positions with which I disagree. Unfortunately, we got president who is not limited by the law and by the Constitution. And, being raised as a Muslim, he grew up hating this country. We at least had some ability to try to influence and pressure Romney. Not so with Obama.

You are lying about what I believe and I am calling you out as a despicable and shameless liar who is distorting what I believe. As a 16-year-old I worked on the Goldwater campaign. After Reagan’s death, I had the opportunity to give a speech at the library identifying the two heroes in my lifetime -— my dad and Ronald Reagan.

Romney was bad, but Obama was unthinkable. And the Muslim is accelerating the destruction both at home and abroad. In a far leftist state, Romney listened to the will of the people. As a president, I would have hoped we could have excerted enough pressure to modify his liberal positions. With Obama, there was never any hope and it is getting even worse.

RE: gun control. Under pressure and no longer bound by the constituency in Massachusetts, here was the Romney posit

After throwing his support behind several gun control laws at the early stage of his political career, most notably, the Brady Act, Romney has reevaluated his position is now opposed to any further gun control legislations

“I believe we need to focus on enforcing our current laws rather than creating new laws that burden lawful gun owners. I believe in safe and responsible gun ownership and that anyone who exercises the right to keep and bear arms must do so lawfully and properly. I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all federal approach to gun ownership because people keep and use firearms for different reasons. Law-abiding citizens have a right to protect their homes and their families and as President, I will vigorously defend that right.”
January 7, 2008, The Washington Position on gun control ——

I know you do not have the intellectual honesty or character to apologize to me but at least I have set the record straight on what I believe. I do not need people like you telling people on this forum, where I have participated for 19 years, what I do or do not believe.

“Since there was no difference between Romney and Obama, I guess this crap would be going on with Romney in the White House. Right?”

Yep it would, only difference is the left would be claiming any action taken to stop it was Romney/US Govt becoming a dictatorship.

Weather Underground playbook.

When you are in power you use this tactic to gain more power.

When you are out of power you use this tactic to claim the govt is becoming a dictatorship in order to get into power.

BTW you might want to take notice the same thing has been done with the terrorist attacks since 1993’s 1st WTC bombing.

No, this crap would not be going on with Romney. This President has used his office to divide people by race. Romney would not be doing that. Romney would not have invited clock boy to the WH.

I’ll not apologize. Feel free to forward to All.

Romney is FOR all of those things I listed, he championed them in Massachusetts he signed them into law there.

So, Mr Conservative, casting stones at those who could not cast a vote for Romney (I voted for Virgil Goode), explain how YOU could vote for a pro-gay, pro-abortion, pro-socialized healthcare, pro-big govt candidate, just because he has an R by his name.

Romneys positive trait and slogan? “Hey, I may be very similar to him, but I am not Obama.”

What would stop the left from dividing people and blaming Romney for being in the WH?

No they are just use to people rolling over in fear to their "thug life" persona. That why they cry like little babies when ever anyone gives them a REAL thug life response to their bombast

Laws protect these guys from people like me, not vice versa.
