The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 2
It seems Jennifer Lawrences thoughts on Donald Trump echo Katniss Everdeens feelings toward President Snow. For the uninitiated, that means shes not a fan. During a lively conversation with the three leads of the final installment of The Hunger Games franchise, Mockingjay Part 2, the Republican presidential candidate became the topic of conversation.
If Donald Trump becomes president, that will be the end of the world, says Lawrence.
Her co-star Liam Hemsworth feels the same: Ill back you up on that, he adds.
Josh Hutcherson, the third lead in the massive franchise, cant quite believe Trumps run for the presidency is legitimate. Its a publicity stunt, he says. It cant be real.
Lawrence doesnt seem quite sure of his validity either. I genuinely believe that reality television has reached the ultimate place where now even things like this might just be for entertainment, she says. Its either that or its Hillarys brilliant idea.
She adds, I was watching him on the campaign trail and one guy said, I love Donald Trump because hes saying everything Im thinking and I just cant say it because of the PC factor. And Im thinking, You are absolutely right. Thats who I want representing my country, somebody politically incorrect. That will just be perfect.
Wonder what their FR posting names are?
They sound like the Trump Deranged Freepers.
“Who is Jennifer Laurence?”
I had the same question until I read the first part of the article.
We will not waste electrons viewing this stuff.
Here are people that make a living pretending to be someone else that are now pretending to be intelligent. Too bad idiot you missed.
Movies are so expensive here in Californicator land, the ticket prices keep out the middle class and illegals.
"Total ignorance of the entertainment industry, is a GOOD thing.
What is an “entertainment snob” ?
Someone who revels in their Sean Penns, Danny Glovers
and other commie Hollywood morons?
And the refreshments cost even more than the movie ticket.
“Shut up and Screw!”
FWIW, I recognize her name but I haven’t seen her in anything. Any movie, I mean. Or show. Don’t have a TV. I doubt she is any more of an intellectual giant than 95% of the other actors and actresses, though.
Actually, it is entirely reasonable to separate oneself from society, when the society is racing to hell. Why would I want to have a sewer line emptying in my living room? Why would I pay to watch the utterly banal (at best) excuses that are typical modern movies?
What I don’t understand is why a conservative, a moral person or even a person who thinks would WANT to spend hours each day watching liberal brainwashing.
First of all thanks for your service.
Second, you sound like a frigging whining lying liberal.
“There are people on this forum that haven’t seen television or a movie since the 1970s, don’t have air conditioning, running water, electricity,....the list goes on.”
There are a lot of Freepers like me with AC all our adult lives, in fact we have two new AC/heating units, we use water even California, our electric bill is down to $50/month due to what we have done to our house. We have two new computers, a new Win 10 and an Acer Chromebook 15, a new smart tv. We have Android phones and an Android Tablet. All Of the above is used every day.
Don’t act like a liberal while posting and defending Follywood. If you want to post that bs go to DU or Huffington’s Post.
LOL........I’m tellin’
LOL, effing Android spell check! ;)
Why does it offend you so much? With your arrogant, ignorant attitude you sound like a liberal.
FYI, one reason I don’t waste my time at the movies is that I have something called a “life”. You might want to look into that.
So, you call reading & enjoying music being an ignorant “bumpkin”? I have also started learning another language but I guess that’s being ignorant too.
I have been a voracious reader my entire life. I was reading bits out of newspapers at the age of three & “adult” books by the time I was five. Reading is a much better way of acquiring knowledge & culture than a silly, boring movie could ever be.
I do watch movies on TCM & Netflix. Older movies are simply better & they actually have a plot. I Also enjoy documentaries but I guess that’s also being “ignorant” in your little opinion.
I have no idea why my post offended you so much but I really don’t give a damn. Get over it.
Was that meant to be a humorous post or an educated one? Either way, you failed miserably, silly child.
Start reading books, you might actually learn something...
Very well said but, supposedly, we are the “uneducated” ones because we refuse to let actors dictate our political beliefs. I look down my nose at the sheeple who waste their time & money on the inane drek that Hollywood puts out. It’s sad that some FR posters consider Adam Sandler or Ben Affleck “culture”. Ignorance on parade.
You are correct but, unfortunately, there are some uneducated sheeple who believe that the only way that you can be “educated” is to spend your money at a movie theater, sitting with some of the dregs of society.
To these posters, playing musical instruments & reading books isn’t sufficient; You must give Hollywood your money or you’re ignorant.
If Hollywood wants my money, they need to start improving their product. Most of their films are mindless, inane “ special effects” with no plot. Foreign films & documentaries are superior.
Very well said. I made a couple of those silly children foam at the mouth because I don’t worship at the alter of Hollywood. I actually pity them because they have no life & are just ignorant sheep.
This is amusing, spl00ge face says she enjoys peeing in the sink and takes a page from Alec Baldwin (or whoever it was that said it about Bush) by saying she will leave the country if Trump is elected.
We’d miss you Jenny, but we’ll always have the pictures. Maybe you could buy an island and make it your own country, the flag could be you on your knees in front of Bernie Sanders. It would be the talk of the vexillological world.
What ? Were they friggin' pirates ? Yo ho ho and a bottle of Hennessy ?
