MSNBC’s Chris Matthews Tells Bill Maher: We “Nailed” Trump

Could this be the end of the Summer of Trump? Both MSNBC’s Chris Matthews and HBO’s Bill Maher wouldn’t be surprised. “We nailed him,” Matthews said last night on Real Time With Bill Maher, crowing about MSNBC’s playing – and replaying – Donald Trump’s non-response response to a supporter’s ludicrous birther assertions and Islamophobic aspersions.
During Real Time‘s mostly-Trump discussion Friday, Maher recalled how just days before he’d teased Hardball host Matthews about MSNBC’s Trump obsession, “and you said that’s because you want to be there when it all implodes.” Maher wondered whether Trump’s seeming acquiescence to a bigoted questioner during a New Hampshire rally Thursday signaled the presidential hopeful’s “peak.”
“We caught him,” Matthews responded, explaining that he and his MSNBC crew were “trying to figure out whether to stick with” Trump’s New Hampshire speech, which had been proceeding without much incident. When Trump announced he’d be taking audience questions, Matthews said, “I said stay with it because we don’t know what’s going to happen. And then he comes back with that birther thing, the President is not an American, the whole routine. I said we’re going to go with this.”
Trump had just started taking questions at the campaign rally when an audience member said, “We have a problem in this country, it’s called Muslims. We know our current president is one — you know he’s not even an American. But anyway, we have training camps growing where they want to kill us. That’s my question, when can we get rid of them?”
Trump’s weak response: “We’re going to be looking at a lot of different things, a lot of people are saying bad things are happening, we’re going to be looking at .....

I’d prefer we either wipe them out, or failing that, just confine them to their craphole countries for all time. Japan does not accept muslim immigrants or mosques. Why can’t WE do that? It’s a simple matter of self-preservation.
Let’s waterboard Chrissy and find out. Desperate times call for desperate measures. Make an example of that creep, and his collaborators, and you’ll discourage any future crap along that line.

Chrissy, et al know who he is. They’ll obviously try to hide him. Matthews spilled the beans with his “WE got Trump” remark.
There ARE maps showing exactly where each is. There is one in upstate Pennsylvania. Probably a dozen or more in all in the U.S.

What we have are “media press” publicity hounds, trying to BE THE NEWS STORY,instead of just reporting the news truthfully. They want to BE THE NEWS. Enough already !
The explosion of glee, hysteria, paranoia, and misplaced schadenfreude was actually Matthews hoisting himself with his own petard.
Seldom if ever has there been such a hysterical display of propaganda masquerading as journalism!
Before they had finished, they were screaming wild reckless attacks, concocting paranoid conspiracy theories, shouting rampant racist paranoia, and going absolutely nuts for all the world to see.
They concluded with the insane consensus that the whole thing is because white people don't want a black man in the White House!
Matthews doesn't seem to realize it, but he made a fool of himself and revealed what a partisan hack he is.

First, after 9/11, we went into denial, and called them terrorists.
Them we progressed to Islamic Radicals, which now most blatantly use . Except the administration can't yet seem to utter the words.
A better description of our problem is Islam and the gentleman asking the question was on the mark with 37% of Americans. It warrants a serious discussion. They have been a problem since Jefferson.
They allow themselves to be bullied by mostly fanatical clerics, who run countries and people down to the neighborhood level. It's why they still ride camels and donkeys. They give you the choice of praying 5 times a day or the ax. And they are on the march to subjugate all of us, and succeeding.
The question wasn’t if there were training camps. It was when can we get rid of them.
