Donald Trump sat down with Obama's NBC News' Katy Tur and was asked why people should believe his numbers on illegal immigration when he led the birther movement and sent investigators out to Hawaii to investigate whether Obama was not born here. Watch Tur press Trump over the issue pleading that Obama released his birth certificate.
Trump fired back:

I think that's pretty much it. I believe Obama himself didn't have much of a role. Most of the fake-looking stuff (e.g. manipulated scans of paper artifacts) were created by interns with too much time on their hands.
And don’t forgot about Bill Clinton saying something like “well, Obama COULD be President if he met the Constitutional part of it” ....we ALL knew what he was saying.
Any educated person knows the answer.
We don’t know where Obama was born.
We don’t know who his real mother is.
We don’t know who is real father is.
We don’t know if the birth certificate he produced is real.

No, as neither the 39th Congress (which drafted and enacted the 14th Amendment) nor the Supreme Court of the United States (which over 100 years ago exhaustively treated this topic) are "false authorities." You're the one needing the lesson here.

It's hardly redundant when the jus soli principle which had been afforded to white persons (see, e.g., the Virginia citizenship law originally drafted by Jefferson and the "great case of Lynch v. Clarke," so proclaimed in the 39th Congress debates), had not been equally afforded to blacks and others. The 14th Amendment affirmed that jus soli rule of "natural born citizen" which explicitly extending it to black and others.
It was stated (repeatedly) in the 39th Congress that the citizenship laws were "declaratory of existing law." What in your pea-brain do you think the "existing law" was?

Every day on TV sworn law enforcement officers like Arpaio and Zullo tell TV reporters that they can’t comment on ongoing criminal investigations.
This is because it would violate the constitutional rights of the accused, among other legal technicalities and result in any case getting thrown out on appeal.
We do not want Barry’s impeachment or getting run out of office like Nixon for having an underling forge his BC to get thrown out on appeal because his rights were violated by Arpaio and Zullo by blabbing to the press, do we?

John Bingham makes it clear in two distinct quotes what he thinks existing law means, and it is clearly at odds with what *YOU* think it means, but this is irrelevant. What the Congress thinks is the criteria for "citizen" nearly 100 years after the condition was created is not terribly relevant to the point of what is a "natural " citizen.
Obviously it is not one that needs the 14th amendment, because we had 20 Presidents before that time, and none of them had need of the 14th amendment, because it didn't exist.
