Something is coming. I don’t know what. But we must be ready. Here’s the key question: Is America heading towards a terrible implosion or a great awakening?
I feel a tremendous sense of urgency about this column.
The United States is hurtling towards severe trouble, and the events of the past few months — and what may be coming over the next few months — grieves me a great deal.
Something is coming. I don’t know what. But we all must be ready in every possible way.
Consider where we are in the summer of 2015:
•Violence is exploding in our cities, schools and churches. The horrific mass murder inside the church in Charleston would be bad enough if it wasn’t just one of innumerable mass killings that have become epidemic in America.
•Racism is tearing us apart, and it appears things are getting worse, not better.
•The Supreme Court is poised to rule any day now on the definition and future of marriage — and if the Court rules against Biblical marriage I believe this could cause the Lord’s hand to turn against our country in a severe and profound way according to the moral laws found in Romans chapter one.
•Abortions are occurring at more than one million in year and have put America on the fast track to judgment. Since 1973, Americans have murdered 57 million children through abortions. The blood of 57 million babies is crying out for justice, and they will get it in God’s sovereign timing. Could that be soon?
•If all this wasn’t bad enough, marriages and families are imploding all around us. Poverty is growing. Drug and alcohol use is epidemic. And that’s just here at home.
•Abroad, Iran is closing in on The Bomb.

“Without allowing the free market to determine fair market value what gets created are ‘unstable distortions’ which at one point have to balance out.... Today we have a lethal combination of politics morphing with central banks who refuse to allow free market forces to do their sole job, and that is to determine fair value for every single asset class across the board..... In this fake environment where there are zero price discovery mechanisms, massive and very dangerous capital misallocations are occurring however, the day or reckoning is coming.”
This seems about right to me, but then I am not into the markets much.

That means that in the Last Days, people will give prophesy towards God's Truth. I believe we are in the Last Days. Therefore, the people that are giving prophetic WARNINGS are giving us God's WARNINGS.
Are you not looking for Christ to return? Is this not your Blessed Hope (Titus 2:13)?
With that said there’s no doubt the dollar will collapse. I’m just not sure it will be on that day.
I am not sure either. But the United States is doomed economically, if not every other way.
These people are NOT our Savior: Ted Cruz, Donald Trump, Paul Ryan, Ben Carson, Carly Fiorina, Bobby Jindal, Rand Paul, Marco Rubio, or anyone else.
Jesus Christ is our only hope.

I agree totally. What I’m saying is there will be false prophets and I don’t know how to tell them apart. Our only hope is to be saved and in His favor.

So many of them are holding onto a vain hope, that "things will get better" and "we will recover from Obama."
I tell them that I don't believe that.
This nation has fallen so far, so fast, that I have very, very little hope that it will recover.
I doubt that few posters on Free Republic are over 90 years old. A generation is 70-80 years. In a generation, our nation has fallen so far morally and spiritually that I cannot imagine, barring a miracle, that we would return to Jesus Christ. We are Ripe for Judgment.
So many people that I know, who identify as "Conservatives" and "Republicans" are placing ALL their hope in their Investments, 401Ks, IRAs, Gold, Silver, Real Estate, Guns, Social Security, Pensions, Medicaid, and anything else.
Even at the stage of life their have reached, they believe that God intended them for One Big Golf Marathon rather than the Gospel.
Or boating......or eating in restaurants....or whatever.....
Anything, but Christ.
A very valid point. I struggle with that also. I see people that post YouTube videos that are not of God, and are nuts.
But, I rely on discernment from the Holy Spirit. When I have it, I know it. I can see it during family reunions, or at work. Some people are totally lost and confused. The believe everything the TV box and media tell them. But most tellingly, is spiritual matters.
I am not "Catholic bashing" here - I was raised a Catholic. But I must say that anyone who is putting their trust in Jorge (aka: "Francis") is lost.
Case in point is the female head of the Episcopal Church of America. He takes a passage in Acts where Paul sends a demonic spirit out of a girl who had been following him around and uses that deed to complain about Paul's patriarchal meddling and taking away the gift the girl had!
I agree with every word.
It is too far gone to save because for now, the evil is outweighing the good. It’s impossible for man to fix.
Too many are too far gone to even realize anything is wrong, let alone what dire straits we’re in. Discernment is foreign to them. They just keep texting, taking selfies, watching totally worthless TV and become more Zombiefied by the day.
They can’t name a single one of the Ten Commandments but they sure know who Madona is and the kind of deodorant she uses.

Any nation that does not have “bail-in” legislation in place by that time will face legal action from the European Commission. So why is the European Union in such a rush to get this done? Are the top dogs in the EU anticipating that another great financial crisis is about to erupt?
September 13th – This is Elul 29 on the Biblical calendar – the last day of the Shemitah year. Many are concerned about this date because we have seen giant stock market crashes on the last day of the previous two Shemitah cycles.
On September 17th, 2001 (which was Elul 29 on the Biblical calendar), we witnessed the greatest one day stock market crash in U.S. history up until that time. The Dow plummeted 684 points, and it was a record that held for exactly seven years until the end of the next Shemitah cycle.
On September 29th, 2008 (which was also Elul 29 on the Biblical calendar), the Dow fell by an astounding 777 points, which still today remains the greatest one day stock market crash of all time.
Now we are approaching the end of another Shemitah year. So will the stock market crash on September 13th, 2015? Well, no, because that day is a Sunday. So I guarantee that the stock market will not crash on that particular day. But as Jonathan Cahn has pointed out in his book on the Shemitah, sometimes stock market crashes happen just before the end of the Shemitah year and sometimes they happen within just a few weeks after the end of the Shemitah. So we are not just looking at one particular date.
September 15th – The 70th session of the UN General Assembly begins on this date. It is being reported that France plans to introduce a resolution which would give formal UN Security Council recognition to a Palestinian state. Up until now, the United States has always been the one blocking such a resolution, but Barack Obama is indicating that things may be much different this time around.
September 25th to September 27th – The United Nations is going to launch a brand new sustainable development agenda for the entire planet. Some have called this “Agenda 21 on steroids”. But this new agenda is not just about the environment. It also includes provisions regarding economics, agriculture, education and gender equality. On September 25th, the Pope will travel to New York to give a major speech kicking off the UN conference where this new agenda will be unveiled.
September 28th – This is the date for the last of the four blood moons that fall on Biblical festival dates during 2014 and 2015. This blood moon falls on the very first day of the Feast of Tabernacles, it will be a “supermoon”, and it will actually be visible in the city of Jerusalem. There are many that dismiss the blood moon phenomenon, but we have seen similar patterns before. For example, a similar pattern of eclipses happened just before and just after the destruction of the Jewish temple by the Romans in 70 AD.
Perhaps none of this alarms you. But when you add everything above to the fact that the elite definitely appear to be feverishly preparing for something, a very alarming picture emerges. For example, due to fears that a “natural disaster” could interrupt their operations in New York, the New York Fed has been working hard to build up a satellite office in Chicago. What kind of “natural disaster” could possibly be so bad that it would cause the entire New York Fed to shut down?
And NORAD has decided to move back into the base deep inside Cheyenne Mountain after all these years. The threat of an electromagnetic pulse was the reason given for this decision.

I saw a video of some young Christians (around 23 to 25) standing on a busy avenue, it was a summer night.
The young Christians were speaking about the saving power of Jesus, and the reality of Hell. They were not hurting anyone, and they were respectful (as far as I witnessed).
Most people quickened their pace to walk by, or ridiculed them. Some gave them the finger. Some mocked them. Many were hostile. Some physically threatened them.
Christ is coming back, and this time He is not a Lamb, but the Lion of Judah.
The Lord may not choose to do anything, and He may wait. That is His call.
In my estimation, He sure seems to be giving us hints.
But hey! I've got my Stocks and Gold price to follow! Right?

A true story. Last Saturday,I was talking with a friend who has American Indian ancestors and we were discussing something Bob Smith told me he learned from a Navaho gentleman...that the Indians believe when you see a fox, change is coming.
Three days later, driving home from work I spotted a fox lying in a driveway. He sat up and watched me drive by.I said to myself, it’s just a fox...if you were to see like two or three foxes, it would be more like a sign change is coming. I thought “Send me a sign by showing me another fox and I will know it was something to take seriously. “
Three days later...again... on Friday, I was driving at work about to head in to clock out, when a rounded a corner and saw two young foxes sitting in the road. My blood went cold. My request had been delivered by...whomever or whatever.
Surely, these things can be coincidence but I do believe there are things about nature that we do not understand, that American Indians may have tapped into with their harmony with nature.
So.. Is Change Coming? In a big way? You will have to decide for yourself or see your own signs.
The indian lore in the southeastern US regarding animal sightings is a little different. Seeing an owl in the daytime means change, the death of something. Generally regarded as being bad but not uniformly bad without exception.
My friend asked me if I saw the foxes in “contrary” position, meaning dead. I saw all three alive. He said contrary position would be bad change, but otherwise it was benign.
Really?
Got any stats on that?
I mean ISIS just killed over a hundred people with a truck bomb in Iraq...And I didn't read about any cows killing anyone...........
