If blacks lives have not improved under Democratic rule, then why not make a change? Why not take a chance and try a vote for a Republican. You might be surprised.
Which political party really supported slavery and continue to further the cause of racism? Most people will immediately point their finger at Republicans and Conservatives. You know those evil old white folks who would rather see you encased in chains than an actual contributing citizen of the United States? Well if you believe this, then I have some swamp land in Florida I need to sell. If you look at history, it will definitely prove you wrong.
Founded in 1866, the Ku Klux Klan was committed to the violent intimidation of blacks, Republicans and northerners. It was a group that was established by Democrats to fight against the political and economic freedoms for blacks. The first leader of the KKK was Nathan Bedford Forrest, a Democrat, who made his fortune as a cotton planter and a slave trader. He later fought in the civil war to protect his right to own slaves and was well-known for the Fort Pillow Massacre in 1864. Forrest marched 1500-2500 troops to take over Ft. Pillow which was being guarded by about 600 Union soldiers, half of them black. When his confederate soldiers took the fort, the Union soldiers surrendered and instead of taking them as prisoners, Forrest massacred all 300 black soldiers. After the war ended, Forrest resisted the Reconstruction and became the first Grand Wizard of the KKK.

No surprise. This is what you get from the weak minds of liberals when you are RIGHT and they cannot argue the point because THEY ARE WRONG.
The dims learned well from Hitler’s propaganda machine. If you tell a lie loudly enough, often enough and with enough conviction it becomes truth. This is also how fascism got labeled right wing.
The Americans of African Descent are content with their lifestyle. Every couple of years, the Democrat Party comes around and scares them with tales of how the Republicans will destroy their lifestyle and leave them worse off.
The Republican Party can try to reason with the Americans of African Descent. Have you ever tried to reason with somebody who is really scared? It doesn’t work. They are scared and they want to go back to feeling content.
If fear is what motivates Americans of African Descent to vote for Democrats, then the Republican Party must eliminate that fear and/or use fear to motivate Americans of African Descent to vote Republican. And I’m not talking about burning crosses and wearing sheets.
Americans of African Descent must be shown that it is the Democrat Party that threatens their being content. Show them Detroit and California. What happens when the federal government can’t bail them out?
Republicans build up the treasuries and the Democrats empty the treasuries. An empty treasury can’t provide EBT cards. An empty treasury can’t provide welfare or Obamacare.
Vote Republican to recharge the treasuries or your children are going to starve.
It’s that simple.
The answer to the title question: our predecessors shoulda picked their own damn cotton.

Point this out to a Democrat and they will try to tell you that the parties have switched places so it isn’t true anymore. They really have no moral compass or core belief system other than that the party who will rob others to give them free stuff is the party that cares for them - even as they wrap the chains and snap shut the shackles on their own ankles....
