On the first day we saw the North Charleston, South Carolina, shooting video of Walter Scott by Officer Michael Slager we were as shocked as everyone. However, as research now indicates there is much more to the story.
What we cover here in the latest update might just change the entire way the story continues

Unless you have the Freeper contingent and "law" on your side. Then you can shoot with impunity.
Essentially, that is what this is. Any cop can shoot you, at any time, for any reason, so long as he can claim you were an "aggressor" at some point, even after the "aggression" has terminated. Just make sure no cameras are rolling.
Then why didn't the cop start shooting the moment Scott started running from his car?
That IS what is being explored.
So what have you found?
You yourself said “read the comments” with a tone that imparted to me were worthy of revelation-like significance.
That’s where “exoneration” was mentioned. In the very beginning. It is still murder.
Murder to me is taking a proper shooting stance, sight picture and firing off 8 shots at a victim who is 50 feet or more away.
I get you have a long background in LE, security and all that but there comes a time when allegiance to brothers in blue has to stop. This is one.

I see so you can post stuff from there but I cannot?
And those links are clearly listed on the page you linked.
And since there are no corrections listed they are just as valid as the page you linked to...right?
If Slager was tasered..why is there no mention of it in the reports at your source...and why do those reports contain statements that are easily disproven by photo evidence from the very same source?
The only thing I am wondering now...is how many people you screwed over in your 30 yr career as a cop.
Tell me more about God’s law.....feel free to cast the first stone.
Get back to me when you actually read the Bible. Strike that: Comprehend the Bible.
At this point, if you gotta ask, you’ll never know
I’m not sure if the cop was able to pursue after Mr. Scott tasered him. New evidence has shown that the officer had taser wires trailing from his body when he started shooting. Police officers should not have to chase people down. Innocent people don’t have a reason to flee.
Make it a known policy that when they run, they will be shot and let them decide if it’s still worth risking their lives.
Read on cop taser.. there not one shot like civilian models...once the darts is in you ...can pull the trigger again to give another shock...
Think about it..what is a police taser designed to do is designed to put you down and put you out of commission.
It for the cop be able to control you and the cop knows that
and now the cop that got a suspect that’s got it in him
And that if suspect knows how to use it properly ..they can can put the cop down at will..
If im the cop and the suspect has used one of my weapons on me
if the suspect uses it right and puts me down ?
Are they going to take my second weapon then use it on me?
Possibly the officer was trying to recover from being tasered.
You missed.
And totally made my point at the same time. Thanks
Mentioning a possibility is not the same as claiming it as coming, genius. And I think you may be referring to a point when I advised reading the comments on TCT
I'll say what I said before...this supposedly new evidence does not necessarily exonerate the cop. What we do know so far looks like a case of a possibly disoriented cop shooting a suspect who had just assaulted him.
Because of being assaulted, does that justify the shooting? I don't know. Maybe not.
But I'll repeat...if I physically assaulted a policeman using the policeman's own weapon on him (or any weapon), and then I fled, I shouldn't be surprised if the cop tried to shoot me.
Let's change things up a bit. The same scenario unfolds, but in the struggle instead of grabbing the cop's taser and using it on him, Scott pulls out a knife and slashes the cop or a hammer and bashes him a good one. Tasers can be just a lethal as many other weapons. The cop is on the ground and then Scott starts running.
Maybe the rules are the cop still isn't supposed to shoot Scott. But if the same thing happened to me as happened to Slager, I'd be mighty irritated to the point of shooting Scott.
I'm talking from the very beginning. If cops should be free to shoot fleeing suspects then why not shoot him the moment he started running from the car?
