I find this pull quote most alarming, because in my opinion, this adroitly illustrates how most Americans and most posts I am reading here on FR are accepting this fundamental transformation from a republic to a fascist oligarchy now ruling us.
History repeats, because we forget and choose to ignore history, thinking that kind of thing cannot happen here. Yet the voices from the past not only warn us, they are screaming at us that it is already here, and we refuse to recognize it.
Mostly because we set aside our principles for expediency. We lie to ourselves that tomorrow will be the same as it was yesterday, and we go through the delusional exercise of practicing insanity by telling ourselves we will fix it the next election cycle by simply electing more of the same.
The German people did not recognize nor care that they lost their Republic, and apparently - neither do we Americans at the end of 2014.

Change the anti-semitism towards Jews to anti-Conservatism today and you can see that the skids are already greased for a ‘cleansing’ of those the State say are a thorn in the side of society.
With the vast majority of us interested in avoiding conflict, it was amazing how few truly doctrinaire Nazis it took to subdue a nation. That very small percentage of what we would deem truly “evil” was a miniscule portion of the population. To set up the party structure, all that was further required was to inspire the “joiners” to work at the local level. We all know some people - extroverts usually - who will join any committee, pitch in to help any cause, without really examining the underbelly. It is these who maintained the Nazis at the local level.
Has a very ominous similarity to what we are currently being subjugated under.
I care, you care, most here care.
However how many of those will sacrifice their life, their families, their well being, and livelihoods to turn it around?
Dying on their feet instead of begging on their knees?

One thing that sets America apart from any other country and Nazi Germany is that America is unique. A country completely unique and very special throughout all of recorded history.
I agree there are parallels, but I think a lot of Germans went along with it knowingly, pleading ignorance later. Germans have been known as a proud people, they had a shot at taking a giant portion of Europe and holding an empire. Hitler and this generals flew too close to he sun, and they lost, while committing atrocities unseen until the age of American abortion clinics. Plus, the Japanese brought us into the war. We were gonna sit it out and let Europe burn.
As long as there is a majority of Christians, patriots, and those who want to be free. Which turns out is most of the entire center of the country from Iowa to Montana and North to South. Come, try to take the guns. Try to cleanse any portion of the population.
Liberals would stand by while conservatives, Christians, Jews, or Blacks are “cleansed”. I like to think we wouldn’t stand by and let any group commit genocide. I think the democrats would. I think they encourage it.
I think it’s a high possibility that America will split, and one of the sides might commit or try to commit genocide. As a whole, I do not believe we will sit idly by and let our government wipe a race or religion of the face of the Earth. However we’re letting them do it already, subtly. Millions upon millions of innocent lives are snuffed out on a yearly basis in our country shortly after conception. If we aren’t up in arms over that, maybe we will look back and say “We knew, we saw, we were complicit.” One day, if the world hasn’t ended by then, abortion will go down as the largest genocidal act in human history, dwarfing all others, a crime against humanity IMHO.
So maybe I’m wrong. But the spirit is there. Not on the coasts, but in the mid-west it is alive and strong! No man or woman will ever “kill us”, because we simply will not allow it. We have too many weapons.
I look at history and can draw parallels. But there is just a piece missing connecting America to the same path as Nazi Germany. I can’t pin it.

If that were true, then who ran the work camps that later exterminated millions upon millions of Jews. Not to mention the other millions upon millions of disabled (physically and mentally), elderly, blacks, germans, and any other race that would not toe the Nazi line.
Yes “joiners”, extroverts I know would not willingly and happily murder millions. Don’t buy it. Germans who went along with it were not ignorant, they knew. But they don’t want to face it that they were snookered by a rough talking homosexual high on amphetamines during the reign of the Third Reich.
Just as we seem to refuse to face the fact that we were snookered by a guilt-tweaking media and entertainment industry ruled by homosexuals into electing a Muslim, racist, devoutly Marxist foreigner who remains unaccountable for the crimes that are known, and the countless crimes we will likely never learn about, as well as the looting of the treasury of trillions of dollars.

I wasn’t snookered. I do not refuse to admit he is exactly what Hitler was at one point. Same evil, different presentation. That’s all it is. If given the chance to seize power, honestly I think he would.
The only thing that matters is: Could they seize power and kill those who oppose them in America? No. Not at this time. Continuing at this descent into madness however, some day someone just like Hitler will.
That is why it is important to stop people like this dead in their tracks. So that when the time is right the mad tyrant will think twice.
America may be unique, but human nature is not.
We were ‘special’ only by the Grace of God for the purpose of this people living and fulfilling the Law of God and the Gospel without interference from the rulers of men.
If we think cleansing and genocide is not possible here, I think we delude ourselves. All our weapons cannot save us without the willpower to use them in defense of liberty, and look how much liberty we have willfully lost in the name of ‘political correctness’. Nary a shot fired.
Yes, we certainly can ‘cleanse’ an unwanted group or people from society. Look what the Homosexual agenda is doing. Mark of the Beast stuff there - do not think or act according the way the regime and the Ruling Class demand? Then you cannot buy or sell. ObamaCare itself may be the impetus for as big a genocide as abortion mills became, only instead of the unborn - elderly and undesirables get no care, and we will call that ‘cost effective’ instead of a ‘choice’.
As you mentioned, we exterminated and entire generation of Americans in the womb and called it ‘choice’, as if it were a better morality than life itself.
Where is the American ‘spirit’ of liberty?
Like everything else, it has been dumbed-down, redefined and remolded to fit a template that is entirely alien to these shores. Those of us who are educated or old enough to remember the truth are being marginalized, demonized and our views declared ‘extremist’ and ‘natavist’ to name a few.
And this people welcomed it all with open arms.
We may say we are never going along with all this ‘hope and change’ - but as Goebbels famously said once “We already own your children”.
Somebody has to step forward and do what is right because it is right, otherwise no one will follow.

I think this explains the phenomena I am reading right here on this board, with members all insisting that 2016 is the year we get a Conservative nominated for the presidency. All willfully ignoring that the very party they submit their allegiance to, signed off on a dictatorship, funding lawless decrees (aka: memoranda) and pledged their obeisance to the Oligarchy.
So many willfully refuse to understand that we have already been fundamentally transformed, into an Imperial Marxist/Fascist Oligarchy; a Roman Senate under a Caesar whom they support in fear of his Praetorian Media. As if voting will somehow matter in an age of lawlessness and corruption at all levels of government.
They point out the corruption themselves, then somehow disconnect themselves from considering that the entire electoral process is as corrupted as everything else. Pinning their hopes on simply electing a politician to high office - the same vain hopes that other subjugated peoples in history placed in new kings and monarchs to alleviate their misery.
I truly believe that this people have no idea what has already transpired - and like the Jews of 1930s Europe - they will refuse to believe what is happening to them, even when a mass grave is staring at them in the face while a line of countrymen ahead of them are being machine-gunned into the pits.
I know, I know - we have guns, so that can never happen you tell yourself.
Look how much they have already robbed from us with nary a whimper from We The People. Weapons in our hands are useless if we do not have the will to use them, and too many folks do not notice our transformation because we are making the mistake of identifying ‘freedom’ with the forms, not understanding the spirit of liberty has changed to one of dependence, safety and security.
Keep talking like that and I’ll tell you you’re the one who’s lost the spirit of liberty.
Here you are trying to convince everyone that the spirit of liberty is lost, but to do it you’re telling the only ones who still have a fighting spirit that they should drop it.
How do you think our country started in the first place?
With the same spirit of liberty you’re doing your best to squash.
Our freedom was won by a small minority who refused to give in to corruption.
Whether corruption by tyranny or the corruption of spirit in general.
