After three hours of being pounded while lying on top of broken glass, she would be seriously injured, and quite possibly bleeding out. Less severe, I guess, if it was safety glass.
But she should still have dozens of scars today.
Never having been a frat, I can’t speak to their actual rituals, but this sounds like somebody’s fantasy of a fraternity ritual, not an actual victim of one.
BTW, if this happened, I’m fine with executing the participants. If they need somebody, I’ll cheerfully push the button. So it’s not like I’m an apologist for rapists.
Depending on the room furnishings, there may very well still be corroborating blood evidence around. Remarkably difficult to get rid of completely.
