And she will burn in HELL,
Bless her little heart. Beautiful little girl. Hope she is at peace now in Jesus arms.
dignity
1.A quality or state worthy of esteem and respect.
2.Decorum, formality, stateliness;.
3.High office or rank;.
Her suicide doesn’t fit any of these definitions. Especially not the first one. The first definition describes the qualities of someone who endures through bad times until the end. She took the easy way out. I’m not sure I’m qualified to condemn her, but sprucing up suicide by saying it is somehow “dignified” is stupid. She should’ve just said she wanted to kill herself because she feared pain. That is far more accurate and truthful. She did nothing good by killing herself, and no one in their right mind would say that she should be esteemed or respected for that decision. I might as well say I respect and esteem Hitler because he decided to avoid pain by killing himself.
People commit suicide on a daily basis. There is no public outcry for them. I find myself struggling to understand why she thought she had to go public with her decision. I hope she found her peace.
There’s no dignity and honor in suicide.
If only she lived a little longer she could have squeezed a couple more cliches into her final post.
This whole thing is about assisted suicide. The media loves it and her. Sickos.
Sure is sick how many conservatives cheer an assisted suicide advocate.
God help this country when Government gets involved with assisted suicide~~went so well with abortion!
I love FR, but I continue to be appalled at the self-righteous arrogance and lack of human compassion demonstrated by so many here.
Seems to me that those of you who judge her for her action are in greater need of personal salvation than you realize. My personal judgment of you is that the world is a worse place for your presence in it, although fortunately it is God’s judgment and not mine that matters here.
As one who cared for and watched a deeply, dearly beloved one die of brain cancer less than two years ago, all I can say is that nobody has the right to judge this woman.
Prayers for her soul, and yours.
Her last words are very secular. “Spread good energy”...what is that? Doesn’t seem to me like she was a Christian. That saddens me the most. That she would go into enternity as a sinner.
Poor girl. (I say “girl” because honestly, I was still rather immature at 29, and it sounds as though she might have been also.) Glioblastoma is indeed an ugly way to die (I had a friend who got it), and I can see why she feared it. Most of all, she may have feared losing “herself” since it was a brain tumor and could have affected her thinking (in addition to the seizures and the very severe headaches). I worry about “assisted dying” becoming too common, and people being pressured to check out when they don’t want to, but I have sympathy for this poor young woman in her dire strait. RIP.
Just a thought to stir the pot...
Did Jesus commit suicide by cop?
He could have stopped the crucifixion at any time.
Flame away.

May Father welcome her with open arms, as I know any loving father would.
While there is life there is hope; however, I applaud her courage and her love.
