WASHINGTON - (NewsBlaze) The case of who may have forged Barack Obama's birth certificate took a more public turn on Monday as the conclusions of noted digital imaging expert Doug Vogt became unsealed in an affidavit obtained by NewsBlaze at the US Supreme Court on Monday Morning.
Vogt, the owner of Archive Index systems in Bellevue, Washington in a forty-eight page affidavit along with other supporting material laid down his conclusions that he believes Johanna Ah'nee is the forger of the original certificate of live birth along with other birth certificates released by the Nation's chief executive and that Kevin Davidson who runs the website obamaconspiracy.org did the research for the document. Also without surprise in the document to eligibility activists is that Vogt also declares Hawaii Registrar Alvin Onaka and Former and now deceased Hawaii Director of Public Health Loretta Fuddy to be involved.

You’re exactly right. As someone that learned on a manual typewriter and used one at the beginning of my working career, I could tell at first glance that the BC was forged. Whoever forged it didn’t have a clue what they were doing in regarded to making it authentic to the time. These past six years have made me physically ill when I think how this country has been usurped by a criminal.

You made the claim that “Barack Obama’s own document forgery expert” filed a “SWORN AFFIDAVIT”, I know for a fact that is not true. So I asked you to proved a link to the “SWORN AFFIDAVIT”. Apparently you can’t. Not surprising as it doesn’t exist.
Now other people who claim to be document experts but whose resumes show no formal training in the science and who are not in anyway connected to Obama, have filed sworn affidavits. In fact, one of them, Doug Vogt, is going to have his case dismissed by the Supreme Court on Monday.

The document expert referred by you as “Barack Obama’s own document forgery expert” is Reed Hayes. He was hired by the Cold Case Posse to look at Obama’s LFBC PDF. He report a 40 page report which has never been released or submitted in any form to any court. His report is not a “SWORN AFFIDAVIT”. Back in the mid-1990s, he did some unspecified work for a former attorney who at the time worked for Perkins Coie, the law firm that currently has Obama as a client.

Mr K., Reed Hayes submitted a 40 page report, not a affidavit, to Mike Zullo of the Cold Case Posse. Mike Zullo, at the request of Attorney Larry Klayman in the McInnish v. Chapman case in Alabama, submitted his own 207 point affidavit to the AL Supreme Court. In his affidavit he only mentions what Reed Hayes did in points 42 thru 44. He never mentions Reed Hayes by name nor did Zullo present Reed Hayes 40 page report to the AL Supreme Court justices. The justices dismissed the appeal. These are the facts

That would be correct.
Until someone goes to a real judge and convinces that judge to issue a court order for release and inspection of the “ORIGINAL” hard copy Obama Certificate of Live Birth, which is stored in the office safe of the Hawaii Registrar of Vital Statistics, analyses such as Reed Hayes’ will remain unconvincing to Congress or the Courts.
Its like trying to determine if the Mona Lisa that hangs in the Louvre Museum in Paris is fake by only analyzing computer generated reproduced images of the painting. The original MUST be compared to the digital copies.
Under Hawaiian law, the original birth certificate can be released to: “a person whose right to inspect or obtain a certified copy of the record is established by an order of a court of competent jurisdiction;” [Hawaii Revised Statutes 338-18(b)]
Why would I google Zullo’s report? He is not a trained document examiner nor does he work for Obama (well, there are some who would debate that point). But Reed Hayes has not submitted an affidavit to any court not has his 40 page report been released.
In fairness to Mr. K, in the story he linked in post 48, Grace Vuoto does quote Mike Zullo as referring to it as an affidavit. So maybe somewhere there is a separate affidavit and a separate 40 page report. Neither of which have been publically released.

When experts are willing to stake their reputations and file affidavits affirming forgery, we really should take note that what has transpired is a set of very serious crimes.
These are not things to be treated as you have so apologetically treated this and related subjects throughout your time on FR.

But the Maricopa County Sheriffs Office deals with forgeries committed by civilians all the time. Zullo has available the resources they use to investigate forged documents, checks, etc.
It works both ways. Members of a Republican administration in Hawaii in 2008-2009 under Governor Linda Lingle risked perjury, misprision of felony and obstruction of justice charges when they issued official statements of authentification for Obama’s birth certificate.
The Registrar of Vital Statistics for the state of Hawaii has issued three Certified Letters of Verification for Obama’s Certificate of Live Birth. Two letters were sent to Republican Secretaries of State in Arizona and Kansas and one was prepared for a Reagan-appointed federal judge in Mississippi, Henry T. Wingate.
They didn’t seem to use them, they used Reed Hayes. And all the other CCP experts cited so far had no association with the MCSO before this investigation started. And Zullo himself said he contacted over 200 document examiners and none would take the job until he found hayes.

Personally I think he’s bluffing every time he opens his mouth, but how does that alter the facts about the Reed Hayes report?
