On Sunday's "State of the Union," CNN's Candy Crowley asked DCCC Chairman Rep. Steve Israel if he thought his Republican colleagues are racist.
Israel responded, "Not all of them, no. Of course not. But to a significant extent, the Republican base does have elements that are animated by racism."

The exchange sounds staged. The Dems want to energize their racist base. Holder last week played the race card. Crowley was probably told to ask the question.
Racists? Not anymore than you are. Your president has created more racial division than any white president before him. Just because his performance is horrendous and his integrity non-esistent and I call him on it doesn’t mean I’m a racist. It just means I’m observant.
