Barack Hussein Obama’s birth riddle is being analyzed in a 13 page, Amicus Curiae brief filed with the Alabama Supreme Court by Harvard Attorney Albert W.L. Moore Jr. The brief promises to offer a straightforward theory as to just who this man in our White House really and truly is. (1)
Moore summarizes what is going on: “He (BHO) was a natural born American on the date of his birth, but further official records prove that he lost American citizenship and constitutional eligibility to the Presidency as definitively confirmed by his 1983 naturalization as an American citizen. By law, this process of naturalization did NOT restore his constitutional eligibility.”
Filed on 13 May, 2013, Attorney Moore (pg. 10) is asking that the AL Supreme Court remand the Obama eligibility conundrum back to the trial court to seek discovery concerning the following: a. subpoenaing his (BHO) DNA; b. all of his Hawai’ian “vital records consisting of an original birth certificate showing his ACTUAL (CiR emphasis) birth parents and his amended birth certificate showing his adoptive parents.” The Moore Amicus further contends that Stanley Ann Dunham and Barack Hussein Obama Sr, a Luo tribesman...

IOW, Moore believes any anchor baby with two, six, fourteen (or however many they allow these days with gays and all) non-US citizen parents could grow up to become POTUS. This won't go anywhere just like the last dozen or so. Any day now the usurper will sign an EO with his mighty PenOTUS pardoning himself.
I have doubts that Stanley Ann Dunham was really his mother, and not just some commie that picked up a black baby in kenya. Without a REAL birth certificate, how do we really know she was his mother?

I don’t think there’s any doubt that he travelled on his Indonesian passport and went to school here as a foreign student. He introduced himself to people as a foreign student. And that’s why he hid his school records.
In the days when I followed the breadcrumbs on the Birther Trail, I offered up this scenario as the most likely explanation for the fragments of evidence that remained after Team Obama wiped the records clean. I still believe this.
Proving it is quite something else and I doubt that anyone has evidence in hand. I think that the chances that MH370 will be found are far better than finding evidence of Obama’s early life. The issue has become moot, but what is not moot is control of the Senate and the race for President in 2016.
All the Alabama Supreme Court will be deciding in this case is whether or not the Secretary of State was required by law to verify the eligibility of candidates prior to placing them on the ballot. If they rule that the law did require it then the SoS was remiss in not validating Obama, Romney, and all the other candidates. If they rule the law didn’t require it then she’s in the clear. Either way, the stuff in the amicus brief is irrelevant to their deliberations, other than a reason why the law should be changed to require candidates be validated.

It’s far too late for this. Obama’ popularity is now in the gutter. Far better to run against him and his policies in 2014 and 2016 than to give Biden a chance at Prez with possibly Hillary! as his veep.

True. But if his ineligibility can be proven, then all the legislation he signed can be called into question, and there would then be a legitimate pretext for undoing & rolling back all of his policies.
Anyone harmed or encumbered by his orders and regulations now has a basis for redress.
I question his background and support any effort to bring that to light, but, in 1979 young men did not have to register for the draft. I was 21 years old then and didn’t have to. People need to get their facts straight before going to court as it makes us all look like kooks.
Certainly that should be the responsibility of EACH and EVERY state Sec of State before allowing a candidate's name on the ballot. Otherwise, many of the voters in that state, who vote for an unqualified candidate, risk being disenfranchised.
I asked the same question in Georgia and was told that 'the Democratic Party Convention certified 0bama's eligibility and that was accepted'. To me, that is totally unacceptable and demonstrates that the Sec of State's office has abrogated it's responsibility, not to mention the propensity of the dems to lie.
I know, if we can hold out for the next few years the next time a ‘Rat will be elected POTUS will be absolutely never unless people in this country have gone completely insane. Every day this guy makes it worse and worse for Democrats, just one massive fail after another after another and he knows it.

No record exists that 0 ever legally changed his name back to Obama. Records do exist that show he maintained his foreign nationality to get into college.
