Bless you for calling a spade a spade, metmom
>> “Are you trying to tell us that the Greek manuscripts we have today are corrupted and not the inerrant word of God as given by the Holy Spirit?” <<
.
Tanach is as given by the Holy Spirit.
There is much argument as to which NT era writings are a part of the word.
Do you hold the “gospel of Thomas?”
Yehova’s word was given in Hebrew, and then translated to other languages. Only the Hebrew original text can be held as fully inspired.
We know from the comments of the early scholars that Matthew’s Hebrew gospel was the foundation from which the other synoptic gospels grew, so they are probably as sound as Matthew’s. Paul’s epistles have been so widely copied, and so many variants exist, that it is necessary to compare their content with the principles of Tanach to establish their reliability. The epistle of James appears to be sound in that respect, as do those of Peter and John.
I know your daddy Diablo isn’t going to like these words, so thereby I see them as affirmed.
.
It becomes blatantly obvious that much was lost in translation from Hebrew to Aramaic and then to Greek, once you actually spend time studying the scriptures, instead of studying the doctrines of man that is.
Greek is the language of Pagans in character and does not have the ability to carry over the original Hebrew meanings. Another reason of the importance to study the root of the message we were given.
the new testament was written in Greek.
Yeshua upheld every bit of Torah, and rejected Satan’s Pharisaical tampering.
.
>> You tell us that the apostles were to only go to the lost sheep who you claim are the lost tribes of Israel. If that is so why did Paul make a distinction in Acts 15? <<
.
The ‘distinction’ is in your sulfurous imagination, and the pertinant words of Acts were spoken by James, the brother of Yeshua.
The congregations of Asia Minor were all of the dispersed northern Israelites. No exceptions.
.
If your definition of "New Testament" is the Greek Septuagint, then yes, of course it was, and used as the source material for the KJV.
However, the above said, the first testimonies were written down/recorded in Hebrew as the evidence overwhelming supports. And even if they hadn't been, much of the Hebrew meaning would have still been lost in translating to Pagan Greek.
Whatever you’re smoking or ingesting, it is affecting your cognition most detrimentally.
.
>> “Your nickname for God is Yah?” <<
.
That apparently was Moses’ short name for Yehova. Short names in Hebrew follow some rules, usually the first character followed by the final syllable.
As for the vampires, behavior on the thread is definitive.
That which serves Satan’s purpose to obscure Yehova’s commandments is obviously of Satan.
.
Thats an interesting concept. So you serve a God that demands you still follow all of Torah which includes the sacrifices yet that same God was unwilling or incapable of preserving the means for you to follow those laws.
You tell us of our deep ignorance and that we are retarded so would you please point to the scripture that tells us that we are to follow the laws if we can?
I think the beatitudes are not applicable to those who follow Rood.
Because Yeshua is the Rabbi. If I am His disciple, I do what He says to do. He is my example. And He explicitly said to do and teach Torah.
>> “Oh BTW, first I ever heard dispensationalism equates Jews with Israel.” <<
.
The conflation of the two in assessment of prophecy is the foundational characteristic of Dispensationalism.
This is how the imaginary “dispensation of the age of grace” gets inserted between the end times, and the “fullness of the gentiles.”
That is their way of disguising the fact of Matthew 15:24, to make the ‘church’ separate from the “lost sheep of the House of Israel.”
Dispensationalism sees the House of Israel coming together with the House of Judah in present day Israel, disregarding the prophecy of the destruction of Jerusalem in the Revelation, and depends on an imaginary secret rapture to separate “the church” from Yeshua’s congregation that they have in Israel somehow.
It all just doesn’t hold together. It even disregards present day Israel’s laws that would prohibit their migration. Then they often call themselves “Christian Zionists,” whatever they think that is.
And yet no Hebrew texts predate the Greek texts. So once again you serve a God who was unwilling or incapable of preserving His word for the generations as He promised He would. How interesting.
Thank you for relaying Satan’s bizarre line of questioning!
.
The New Testament was translated into Greek.
None of the disciples could speak Greek, they knew only their native Hebrew.
The Greek OT quotations were taken from the LXX and dubbed in over a century after the initial gospel was written by Cohen Matthew.
You prove your deep ignorance with your inane “questions.”
So what part of the Torah are we to do?
I'm officially jealous. Congrats, CB!
But I serve a God who was able to uphold His promise to preserve His word for all generations in the original Greek in which it was originally written. The God I serve is much more reliable than the god you serve in that the God I serve keeps His promises and makes it possible to follow all of what He wants. Your god has obviously been unable to maintain a way for you to keep all of Torah. Ill serve the reliable God that I can rely on. The God who kept His word and told us that we have the righteousness of God without the law.
Rom 3:21 But now the righteousness of God without the law is manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets;
