Say, anybody at the US Chamber of Commerce care to take a break from criticizing the Tea Party and stand up for small bidness?
Anydoby?
Anybody?
Bueller?

It’s been a long time since I was forced to read the communist manifesto. From which page is this tactic?

Not that this has anything to do with this thread, but, just what is a fatwa anyway?

We are in the beginning of Nazi Germany with the start of Hitler, King Obama. When our economy crash hits we will become a dictatorship. It is almost too late to make a change back.
To: Oldpuppymax
In other words, by orders of the Dictator, small businesses must go out of business if they can’t make a profit because of the burden of ObamaCare? If they don’t have standing in a class action lawsuit against this outrage, then our judicial system should be dismantled as totally worthless.

Obama is a pile of human ecrement why he gets away with what he does leaves a lot to be desired.

"Do not blame the regime."
Oh, and it's not just the IRS being used to "convince" people to be quiet. From
Frank Miele at Daily Inter Lake:
"The FCC is about to launch a program they call a Multi-Market Study of Critical Information Needs, which according to Pai will send researchers to grill reporters, editors and station owners about how they decide which stories to run."The FCC was created by FDR as a tool to silence his radio critics. Looks like Obama has revived the tool. Political officers placed in press newsrooms is one scary development.

If a payment is a tax, and not a penalty, the Supreme Court has already ruled that tax avoidance is perfectly legal. See Gregory v. Helvering,1935, opnion written by Learned Hand, who said...
Anyone may so arrange his affairs that his taxes shall be as low as possible; he is not bound to choose that pattern which will best pay the Treasury; there is not even a patriotic duty to increase one’s taxes.

A Republican Party that was worth spit would make sure this was subject of a series of investigations by House committees.
Multiple reasons:
- It would keep the story in front of the electorate.
- It would be a chance to explain to the American people why the policies of Obama are crazy and destructive, and why the Republicans are the best hope of a defense against the damage and for a way to repair the damage
- It would generate tons of wonderful sound-bytes as the dimwitted socialist anti-work Democrats defended the policy.
- It would demonstrate that they care about something besides feeding their Potomac Fever.
- It would show everyone that they have a pulse.
- It would show the base that they cared.
To me, this is a no-brainer.
But I'm sure the Republican leadership can come up with all kinds of reasons why they can't do it.

Hypothetical:
Joe owns a business, and because of lower demand for his product, Joe has to lay off one employee or cut his hours to part-time. Joe's healthcare bill would be reduced by this action.
How can he NOT be guilty of perjury?
And who decides whether he is guilty?
And why would Joe EVER hire another full-time employee?

Take the oath then show your books and how you intend to cut costs and increase profits so you can pay more taxes. It’s the patriotic thing to do.
