Officials said employers will be told to sign a “self-attestation” on their tax forms affirming this, under penalty of perjury.”

Could there be any example of outright thuggery which is more quintessentially “Barack?” Imagine employers being required to swear, “under penalty of perjury,” hand over heart and head bowed in supplication to The One that they, as business owners, “have not taken an action that they have every legal right to take.”

And could there be a less subtle way to inform the nations employers that...
