The muslim culture that Obama spent formative years in and his subsequent reading of Saul Alinsky, both taught him that deception is a tactic to be used to deceive and defeat an opponent.
He is doing what he knows and his followers approve and support him because any means justifies the end in their view. He apologized for anyone who misunderstand what he was saying, he really was saying was ‘you can keep your doctor and insurance if Democrats at HHS approve of them’
