No word on the truck, yet. and it has stressed me no end. And I’m not having a good day because of it. My stomach is showing me who is boss...
The longer it goes with no word, the more expensive it will be...*sigh* I hope he can wait until next week...
In other news, my feet are swollen again, so I’m going to bed.
See you all tomorrow!!
Thanks TC. I really don’t know how you do it. I only have him 3-4 days a week.
His two lower teeth broke through yesterday. :-D
I don’t remember the winter of 1980. I was falling in love.
*Two rockers on the front porch*. I was charmed by her. ;)
Thanks for thinking of me. I have the bandwidth at work, but not the time, and I have the time at home, but not the bandwidth. :-(
I bet you were! How sweet.
Oh, what fun! At least you’re not nursing him ;-). Kathleen’s getting more teeth right now. She’s all dribbly.
Good point! I feel for you!
Our guy is on 3 squares a day plus 4 bottles for top ups now, but I think he wants more solids. My daughter makes all kinds of fresh fruit and vegetables with the baby bullet. He is finally starting to show a preference for certain foods.
Being a Grandma is so much fun!
Btw, when I sing abc’s, he sticks his hand in my mouth. We need a hand washing song.
What a precocious child!
Already he recognizes the educational indoctrination attempt, and struggles against it.
Where is this in relation to you?
Considering what I know about directions in the UK are-- Scotland is up there, London in down there, and Ireland is over there and everything in between has weird names... ;-)
A little something just for you, this morning:

Thanks, that was neat!
Good morning (afternoon). It just started raining on the catz. Now they’ll be mad at me all day.
Maybe they need a basking lamp.
I can relate to that...
In other news: The news on the vehicle is mixed. The intermittent firing problem resulted in new spark plugs and wiring. That requires a minimum of $90, which I will borrow today.
The Other Problems are a little more severe. The distributer needs to be replaced, ($300) and there are two cylinder heads that need to be replaced and a valve that is burnt. ($1000+)
*sigh* I was told not to drive it because of the valve, but I can’t see that things will change much with the type and distance of driving that I do. If I needed the truck to commute to work 60+ miles one way each day on the freeway, I would consider just getting another vehicle.
So I will drive it until it stops and be ever-so-grateful for the time I’ve had it. It is still a Godsend, no matter what.
lol
Lol and good morning! Also, to Halifax w/guaponess, yay for Ted Cruz! BTW, he grows on you.
More things to experience virtually—thank you! Are you going to experience any of the food festival stuff or does your new health regimen preclude that?
Lol!
