Xerox 7655 Overview Picture (Obot claims to replicate Obama LFBC pdf w/floating signature)
Native and Natural Born Citizenship Explored ^ | August 6, 2013 | NBC

Posted on 08/07/2013 6:29:11 PM PDT by Seizethecarp

The following image is a composite created by scanning the WH LFBC using Xerox WorkCentre 7655 upside down using the automatic feeder. The resulting file was opened in Preview, the image rotated 180 degrees and printed to PDF. The resulting PDF was opened in preview, the layers unlocked and moved to the side. In addition, a close up of the signature was ‘blown up’ to show how the background layer, not surprisingly, has filled in some of the white that resulted from the separation of the background and foreground layers.

Note how for example the signature block is fully separated.

The only way you can make an fact checking error is by fact checking erroneously. They had a fact. They checked it. Now they claim they checked it erroneously. That’s what the statement says. Or are you so blinded by your Obama love you can no longer even read plain English?

The literary agency run by BigGuy22:

Agent: Obama’s bio blurb is ready to print, but we need to know where he was born.

Assistant: I’ll ask him.

Agent: No, no no. Don’t do that..

Assistant: Why?

Agent: It’s just something agents never do. We never ask our clients where they were born.

Assistant: Why?

Agent: That’s not really your concern, is it? All you have to do is find out where Obama was born without asking him. How hard can it be?

Assistant thinks. “Can I ask him for a birth certificat?

Agent: Don’t bother; he wouldn’t have one.

Asistant: Of course he has one. He’s got a driver’s license, so he must have a birth certificate.

Agent: He may have had it then, but no doubt he’s lost it by now. Figure out some other way, okay?

Assistant thinks. Do you want me to hire a PI?

Agent rolls eyes. Surely there is a simpler, less expensive, more straightforward, efficient & easier way to acquire such a basic piece of info.

Assistant thinks to self, ‘My boss is certifiable.’ Aloud says: I suppose I could ask Harvard.

Agent: I was hoping you’d come up w something a bit more creative. But if that’s the best you can do, okay; ask Harvard.

LOL, how many times can you play the same transparent game?

Making up entertaining straw men so that you can knock them down is cute but pointless, since you’re still exactly where you started.

You have absolutely no evidence. And no matter how cute you think your little fantasy stories are, they do nothing to change the fact that your own claims are based on nothing but pure, unadulterated speculation.

If you created a tag line that read ‘Blinded by my love for Obama’ it wd be the most honest thing you’ve ever posted on this site. You Obots live in a world of your own. You posit weird, unnatural, bizarrely improbable scenarios amongst yourselves & agree that that is what happened. Then you trot your nonsense out in front of non-Obots & cannot grasp how stupid you look/sound.

How can anyone reason w a person so deep in the tank for Obama that nonsense = reality & reality = nonsense? Earth to BigGuy22: not everyone is an Obot. The sooner you learn this one basic fact, the more coherent you will become.

“But I’m encouraged by your recognition of the fact that the current crop of birther evidence, from “there were no laser printers in 1961!” to “there are layers on the PDF!”, is not going anywhere.”

I have recognized no such thing. I can’t assess evidence claimed to be held by the CCP that I am not privy to or assess matters such as pdf analysis outside my expertise.

While am not a pdf expert, NBC’s challenge to earlier claims made by Zullo’s team sounded credible and were presented by NBC in a manner which seems falsifiable under the scientific method, which is why I put up this thread.

What I HAVE recognized, as a retired CPA and Certified Fraud Examiner, is a pervasive conspiracy to conceal fraud by Barry and his legal team specifically regarding his constitutional eligibility. The aggressive LACK of transparency at every turn is obvious.

You are wrong about the fact checking too. The agency assistant did NOT say she failed to fact check the FACT of Obama’s Kenyan birth. She said she fact checked it & it checked out. Reread the assistant’s statement. Someone kindly posted it upthread. Show me where she says she did NOT fact check the item. In point of fact, the statement says just the opposite.

Miriam Goderich issued the following statement to Political Wire:

"You're undoubtedly aware of the brouhaha stirred up by Breitbart about the erroneous statement in a client list Acton & Dystel published in 1991 (for circulation within the publishing industry only) that Barack Obama was born in Kenya. This was nothing more than a fact checking error by me -- an agency assistant at the time. There was never any information given to us by Obama in any of his correspondence or other communications suggesting in any way that he was born in Kenya and not Hawaii. I hope you can communicate to your readers that this was a simple mistake and nothing more."

As for the Kenyan Parliament, where on earth wd they get such an idea (i.e.: that Obama was born there)? Name one other POTUS claimed by an entire foreign parliament [subsequent to the grandfathering stage] to have been born there. Just one.

I'm still looking for one. The entire Kenyan Parliament did not state Obama was born there. One Kenyan, while speaking to the Parliament, made the assertion that Obama was born in Kenya. That's it. One uninformed Kenyan. Of course we should believe him instead of our U.S. Congress! Sigh.

So the agency possessed the FACT that Obama was born in Kenya. The checked that FACT. It was sufficiently confirmed to go to publication & remain in publication for 16 yrs. Now they claim their fact checking method was in error. This is an explanation ONLY an Obot wd believe.

Re: the Kenyan Parliament. Can you get nothing factually correct? Two different members of parliament on two different occasions acknowledged Obama’s Kenyan birth. Now I’m sure that if both were wrong, at least one member of the Kenyan Parliament wd have pointed that out. Kindly provide such a link. Thank you in advance.

Maybe you should tell us the name of the independent, impartial judge...

You already know many of the names of the impartial group that examined the evidence and proved it a forgery. Why are you acting so ignorant?

Okay, here’s one for you. Francois Hollande is the president of France. Let’s say that shortly after he was elected—perhaps even on the day he was elected—a prominent US congress person stood up during a live session & said, ‘This is a great day for America! A man born in America is now the president of France!’

According to you, all the other congress people wd simply nod their heads in agreement.

A short time later a different congress person stands up during a live session. He/she says, ‘The big news is that France is no longer nationalistic. If they were, they wd not have elected as president a man born in America.’

According to you, all the other congress people say, ‘Hear, hear!’ - & let it go at that.

Well guess what? Hollande was born in France. So why wd we claim he was born here, & why wd no member of congress politely point out that he was NOT born on US soil, rather than leave such a misstatement in the congressional record?

Your position is nonsense drivel. It makes sense only to an Obot.

If there had been allegations prior to December of 2010 Abercrombie would not have nominated him. If there had been allegations at the time that people started asking Palafox why he resigned, the AG would have been required to inform him that he was being investigated - but the AG’s office would not say whether he was or wasn’t being investigated. Kinda like it depended on how Palafox dealt with the resignation...

So it’s apparent that the troubles came up after he ticked off the AG who was engaging in criminal behavior. The threat of harassing investigation depended on Palafox’s moves, and Palafox made the right move - was honest - and it sure seems that as a result he suffered punishing blows from a man of lawlessness, a man who uses power as a weapon to silence the truth rather than uphold justice.

Par for the course with Obama and anybody associated with him.

IIRC, the HHS inspector general’s report said that states can decide what documents are considered enough to establish certain claims. Birth certificates, for instance, were never intended to establish citizenship or identity, according to that report. A state could require other documentation and/or an audit of documentation before accepting the documents of another state as sufficient proof for any given purpose.

Another question is whether Full Faith and Credit even applies to the documents of a state - or whether it applies to the court records. This came up in regards to same-gender marriage certificates - in a Kansas case, IIRC. Does every other state have to accept and treat same-sex marriages as if they fit the definition of marriage in that particular state? If some state defined a human-horse union as marriage, would every other state have to accept that a man and his horse are married, when presented with the marriage certificate from that state?

Highly unlikely a state would do that, but I suppose so.

Up next: plural marriage! Or first cousin or sibling marriage...but we digress...

First cousin marriage is legal in this country. In fact, it was quite common not so long ago.

No, they don't treat other marriages that way, so why should they be required to treat homo marriages any differently?

Oddly enough, Utah seems to have some of the strictest laws. ;-)

Only in some states.

Really? thanks for the link ;-)

Don't know what I'd do without you. ;-)

I never would have known that they have recently outlawed opposite sex marriage in some states, while making same sex marriage legal in other states. ;-)

Are there any states that ban marriages for cousins, but allow homo marriages?

Highly unlikely a state would do that, but I suppose so.

Looks like the ‘Phoenix New Times’ allowed the Fogbow to publish NBC’s findings about the Xerox and claim victory solving the birth certificate forgery. These guys are so desperate to get coverage to slam the investigation. This is all about Reed Hayes report that they are not allowed to see. Never the less, this is what the main stream media will love to pick up on and run with.

Joe Arpaio’s Sham “Investigation” Into Obama’s Birth Certificate Exposed (Yet Again)

http://blogs.phoenixnewtimes.com/valleyfever/2013/08/joe_arpaios_sham_investigation.php

More than a year ago, Sheriff Joe Arpaio announced his team had developed “probable cause” to believe President Obama’s birth certificate was a forgery.

Most people just laughed their rear-ends off and got on with their lives. Others, however, have spent a considerable amount of time proving that every allegation — every little detail brought up in the “investigation” — is complete bullshit.

Now, people have discovered the party responsible for creating all the “inconsistencies” in the birth certificate. Arpaio hasn’t authorized the arrest of the subject, but the responsible party is . . . a Xerox copier.

See also:
-Arpaio’s “Birther” Investigation Still Exists; Lead Birther Swears Evidence Coming Soon

After almost every aspect of the “investigation” was exposed as a sham, the birthers have been hanging on to a “computer analysis” of the birth certificate, which tries to prove that some fancy computer analysis shows that some forger had his way with the president’s birth certificate.

The report takes issues with individual pixels, and “halos,” and shades of black that the report insists must have been done by some great forger.

Turns out, some guy found out that a Xerox WorkCentre copier causes all of the, um, “forgery evidence.”

The fellow takes a few documents, scans them into the copier, and all of the “forgery evidence” magically shows up in all his scanned copies. Imagine that.

Of course, it gets worse (it always does). A guy who runs a blog called Reality Check Radio found a video of Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse computer “expert,” Garrett Papit testing this Xerox thing for himself. Now, this expert is the guy who is so technologically savvy that he uncovered all of these small details in the “forgery.” He uploaded the video to YouTube, which shows him unable to figure out how to scan a document on the copier and send it to his e-mail.

Clearly, Arpaio has assigned only the finest investigators to this case.

I’m still waiting for an answer to this question. Is Scott Tepper stupid, or what? Why didn’t he ask for it all in his verification request, but instead asked verification of something irrelevant?

Seems like whenever somebody asks a reasonable question about strange behavior the only response you people have is silence. Ignore it and the questions will go away.

Is Scott Tepper stupid?

And exactly how did the literary agent get the information that Obama was born in Kenya?

That “article” said, as you noted, “The fellow takes a few documents, scans them into the copier, and all of the “forgery evidence” magically shows up in all his scanned copies. Imagine that.”

Does the author have any idea how stupid that sounds? Xerox had received no complaints in ten years about their copiers making what would be FATAL, life-threatening errors, but right after the Cold Case Posse shows only to law enforcement folks and Congress members an affidavit from Reed Hayes, these Xerox machines all over the world start suddenly showing phenomena so bizarre (not regular, normal, or previously-observed) that the computer researcher who first had it brought to his attention thought it was a practical joke on him. All of a sudden, after exploration by LOTS of people for 2 years and after 10 years of nobody reporting anything goofy with these widely-used copiers, this guy puts in papers and out pops exactly what everybody’s been looking for. Magically.

Do they have any idea how stupid that sounds? Unless a person literally believes in magic... (but then, magic is really just sleight of hand, isn’t it....)

And while you’re at it, maybe you could address what NOT ONE after-birther has been willing to even acknowledge: Why, as I have proven with documentation, did the HDOh alter their 1960-64 birth index so that it includes names from legally non-valid records?

That is now a proven fact, and every time I bring it up I get absolute, deafening silence. Ignore it and maybe it will go away. Better yet, keep spouting the same drivel and maybe everybody will forget that this fact has already been proven. I suppose you guys hide under the bed and close your eyes thinking it will make the thunder go away too.
