The following image is a composite created by scanning the WH LFBC using Xerox WorkCentre 7655 upside down using the automatic feeder. The resulting file was opened in Preview, the image rotated 180 degrees and printed to PDF. The resulting PDF was opened in preview, the layers unlocked and moved to the side. In addition, a close up of the signature was blown up to show how the background layer, not surprisingly, has filled in some of the white that resulted from the separation of the background and foreground layers.
Note how for example the signature block is fully separated.

Suspended Gilberton police chief posts another video
He was for it before he was against it. He's a little wacky.
There is no doubt that the Hawaiian government has helped Obama skirt their loose laws whether it was by suggestions, or they actively participated in creating the Obama forgeries for public consumption.
Kessler is upset because he wanted to have a armed march on D.C. Zullo didn’t approve. So Kessler, who is an erratic hothead goes on a tangent badmouthing Zullo out of spite. There are many things that Zullo knows about the president that his investigation has uncovered. One thing for sure and that is the birth certificate is 100% forged as well as the selective service registration.
I find references to it being offered for sale in 2008. Haven’t dug deep enough to find the introduction date, but...
Unknown. I haven’t read what software was allegedly used. There has been changes to drivers and other software since the introduction (circa 2007) for the Xerox 7655.
Barry’s tax return’s pdf document properties released just weeks before the LFBC pdf shows it was created on a Xerox 7655. That could have been a copier at his CPA’s office, I suppose, but I would think it would likely have been at Barry’s WH legal office, IMO, which would have final control over release of such a sensitive document, yet bungled the digital redaction by not flattening the file...not unlike the LFBC pdf.
The industry standard compression software used by the Xerox family of WorkCentre copiers (not just the 7655), is MRC, which dates back to circa 1999. It is the mixed, on-the-fly compression method selection that NBC claims to be present in the WH pdf and to have replicated by her.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mixed_raster_content
“Mixed raster content, or MRC, is a method for compressing images that contain both binary text and continuous-tone components, using image segmentation methods to improve the level of compression and the quality of the rendered image.[1] By separating the image into components with different levels of compressability, the most efficient and accurate compression algorithms for each type can be used.
“Generally, MRC is wrapped into a hybrid file format which supports markup language such as XML, allowing for multiple images and the directives to properly render each to be stored within a single file.”
MRC is part of the JPEG international standards:

I always chuckle when I see your use of “100% forged.” What does that mean? Is a 100% forged document different from a 50% forged one? How do you measure that? And when you speak of “the birth certificate” in that way, are you including the COLB? You’ve demonstrated unequivocally over the past few days that you got zero evidence regarding that one.
It seems to me that what you are saying is that the CCP people are 100% certain that it has been proved to be a forgery. But from a legal point of view, their opinions don’t mean a thing — not to mention the fact that the Hayes report hasn’t even been released. And, let’s be serious — who expects an objective conclusion from someone who calls himself Cold Case Posse Supporter?
Since the proof hasn’t been accepted by a single soul in a legal position to adjudicate the matter, the “100% forged” claim strikes me as little more than ludicrous hyperbole.
If MRC is the "industry standard" that goes back to 1999, and is only the reason for the errors and anomalies, then other makes and models made by other companies should show the same errors as the Xerox 7655.
Yeah it's redundant. People say and write redundant prose because dense people have a difficult time comprehending. Like the self serving Obama clowns at FogBlow land.
You make idiotic points, you get called on them, & then you ignore your own stupid points in order to move onto another stupid point. Who died & made Kessler the world’s foremost authority? List all the reasons why his word & judgment are inviolate. This time, let’s have a complete list. Don’t just run off & make another inane point. Actually lay out the case that Kessler is the wisest, most reliable investigative source in America, or very close to it. It shouldn’t take long, since you cite him as the authoritative. Go into detail about why he’s to be considered the last word on anything. It should be very interesting.
“Yeah it’s redundant.”

Thanks, but it wasn’t the redundancy I was referring to.
Come on, I bet you’re not one of those dense people who have a difficult time comprehending. I bet you know what I meant.
“NBC has invited specific challenges to which she appears to be willing to respond to in detail, as far as I can see.”

I understand that NBC will be a guest on Reality Check’s radio show this evening. Call-in questions will be taken. Should be interesting.

Really? You still made it a point.
Come on, I bet youre not one of those dense people who have a difficult time comprehending. I bet you know what I meant.
Like this one.
Since the proof hasnt been accepted by a single soul in a legal position to adjudicate the matter,
I understand the courts have been meek little gerbils who have not ordered discovery in spite of probable cause.
the 100% forged claim strikes me as little more than ludicrous hyperbole.
No, it's your posts that are ludicrous hyperbole Foggy.
The home of ludicrous hyperbole.
“I understand the courts have been meek little gerbils who have not ordered discovery in spite of probable cause.”
Ah, so you don’t dispute the fact that the proof hasnt been accepted by a single soul in a legal position to adjudicate the matter. And therefore it’s ridiculous to claim that the proof is a sure thing or anything close to it — they haven’t even released it to the public! How ludicrous is that?
“No, it’s your posts that are ludicrous hyperbole Foggy.”
Nope, I’m not Foggy! But I bet you’re Dean. The insults-without-substance style is a dead giveaway.
“If MRC is the ‘industry standard’ that goes back to 1999, and is only the reason for the errors and anomalies, then other makes and models made by other companies should show the same errors as the Xerox 7655.”
Based on the 6 and 8 substitution problem there appears to be an implementation of the MRC issue with Xerox WorkCenter that might not be present to the same extent with other manufacturers.
The goal of compression is to reduce file size but the trade-off is accuracy of the image. Without compression, the white-space on copies would be saved at the default bit-map resolution creating a huge file. The Xerox default “Normal” setting is the one that actually has the machine warn the user that the image may be defective, i.e. an approximate simulation rather than a copy.
I see you don't dispute that there is probable cause that Obama's BC is a forgery.
Nope, Im not Foggy! But I bet youre Dean. The insults-without-substance style is a dead giveaway.
Nope, and you're still a FogDUmb.
Change that to...
“Your posts have never proven that Barack Obama birf certificates are [NOT] forgeries.”
