At a town hall forum in her district on Monday that was sponsored by a local tea party group, Roby was asked by an attendee what she would do to counter the supposed abuses of President Barack Obama, whom the man described as ineligible for office, a communist, and a tyrant. Here's how the fellow put it: "What I need from you is to know what you can do, you and your fellow non-communist colleagues in the lower House, what you can do to stop these communist tyrannical executive orders laid down by this foreign-born, America-hating communist despot?"
After the room erupted in laughter and supportive applause, Roby responded with a smile: "Thank you for your question—he said it loud enough that you all heard it." Roby did not push back on the questioner's claims. Instead, she validated his fears. "Look I can't emphasize the oversight part of my job enough," she said. "And I think that that gets lost in what we do every day, because that's exactly what we're doing—we're chasing down these executive orders, we're chasing down these rules that are promulgated, that are backdoor legislation, whether it's the EPA, the IRS, go down the list."

the original LFBC in the binder was not a form filled in on security paper with hatching back in 1961.
Blank security paper with pre-printed hatching was purportedly fed into the copy machine in Hawaii and the bound book from the archive with the non-hatched LFBC was placed on the glass and copied onto the security paper.
Then Onoka would have affixed his stamp and signature onto the photocopy, thus making it a certified certificate on security paper. The pre-printed security hatching would be perfectly horizontal, if this were true.
But the forensic analysis reveals that the
White House pdf image NEVER existed as a paper certified copy made onto security paper with pre-printed hatching. The hatching on the forged pdf was added by computer software as the fake BC was constructed piece by piece.
The state registrar of Hawaii was asked to verify that Barack Hussein Obama, II, male, was born on Aug 4, 1961, in Honolulu on the island of Oahu, to Stanley Ann Dunham and Barack Hussein Obama.
He would not verify any of those facts, even though he is required by law to verify any submitted claim that is found on a legally-valid birth certificate.
Obama has no legally-valid Hawaii birth certificate. Why do you suppose that is? If he was born at Kapiolani as his BC claims there would be no reason for it to be non-valid.
The person legally accountable for verifying the facts indicated that those claims are not made on a valid BC. He cannot verify that any of those facts are true. What, then, is your reason for thinking that Obama was born in the US?
I remember opening the so called certificate...as a pdf is Adobe Illustrator IMMEDIATELY on its “reslease” and GASPING audibly at the readibly apparent oddities.

When asked to verify that the BC Obama posted on the White House website is a “true and accurate representation of the original record on file”, the HI state registrar would not verify that. Nor would he verify ANY of the birth facts submitted on the verification application: Barack Hussein Obama, male, Aug 4, 1961, Honolulu on the island of Oahu, Stanley Ann Dunham, Barack Hussein Obama.
When asked point-blank and legally required to verify whatever he can verify as being claimed on a legally-valid record, the HI state registrar would verify NONE of those things, nor the authenticity of the White House image. IOW, he effectively confirmed that Obama’s HI BC is non-valid and the White House image is a forgery.
There are several easy ways to prove that the White House BC is a forgery, and Sheriff Arpaio’s posse has proven it. The forensics match what the HI state registrar legally confirmed by refusing to verify the authenticity of the White House BC.

Pop, you are practically correct. Obama cannot prove he was born in Hawaii and we cannot prove he wasn't. Tie game. Practically, that means we are tied up in a fruitless debate.

Of course that has nothing to do with the BC, Selective Service, and SS forgeries. But since no one who can do anything about those will officially accept the evidence, that is also a tie game.

On a Federal level, the House of Representatives offers us a chance to stay in the game. However, the players representing us will not play hard. In fact, it is very often not altogether clear for whom they are actually playing. (See feckless response to Obamacare, Amnesty, IRS, etc.)

The good news? Well, we actually haven't lost the match ... yet. There's the election of '14; the election of '16. There is sovereign state government that can be strenghtened. There is still time for the emergence of a Program, a Plan to implement it, and a Leader to champion it; a winner.

First I do completely agree the image is not a valid scan.
The ‘left bend’ on the image is similiar to the ‘left bend’ that can be seen on the Nordyke twins certified copies.
But the Nordykes certified copies were produced in the mid-1960s. Before BC were scanned into a digital database (likely a WORM optical library) in Hawaii as they now obviously are.
This left bend comes from the document being photographed or mimeographed while still bound. When documents are scanned into an optical WORM library they are unbound and fed flat. And they are scanned with a transparent backround and usually with (1-bit, black and white) or 8-bit encoding to save space. This allows for the security paper (the green cross-hatch) to show through.
The odd thing with the Obama LFBC is that is the ONLY one to show the very distinct Nordyke-like left bend AND be printed on security paper. No other LFBC image to date has this distinction.
The forgers combined technologies from two different eras to create this monstrosity.
Oh - and perfectly centered fields with a manual typewriter?!?!?

The hatching around the perimeter would need to be manipulated a great deal to result in consistent color and pattern, which consistency is evident in this image. The problem, as far as I’m concerned, is that we only have digital imagery to work with, not the original. Will have to trust the word of those who seek the original and have not found it, and that the qualifications as written in law require that a person’s father and mother both be US Citizens. If I were Barry Sotero I would not be throwing the word “phony” around so loosely.

It isn't "nonsense". There are quite a few plausible reasons to believe his claims may not be true. Hawaii has a strange Birth Certificate law which allows them to issue a birth certificate to the child of any Hawaiian resident, regardless of where that child was born.
For more than fifty years, Hawaii has been suspected of facilitating the creation of American birth certificates for foreign born children so as to offer a back door entry to American Citizenship.
I'm not going to get into all the reasons, but there are quite a few to cast suspicion on claims of a Hawaiian birth for Barry. To suspect that he might be foreign born is not a nonsensical position at all.
