As long as the msm news outlets continue to ignore or mock the issue, congress will not act. The only way I can evaluate the success of the recent meetings and presentations with and by Mike Zullo at the CSPOA Convention, is for some reporting on the eligibility issue to appear somewhere where it has not appeared before! Not just Free republic or The Birther Report. BUT So far, nothing yet. Even Drudge ignores the issue.... We pat each other on the back and even out debate our detractors but until we get some traction MSM we will continue to be dismissed a wacko fringe group.

If there were a way to ensure payment, I’d be willing to bet you $1,000 that the election of 2016 arrives without birthers prevailing in the courts and getting Obama for being proven not to be a “natural born citizen,” for any reason.

My best guest at what happens next...,
A few hundred Sheriffs, Cops, assemble on the steps of congress and tell how they handed a 400 page report to congress, detailing fraud. They then read the political indictment of fraud, and challenge Congress and MSM to have the balls to do their job. If congress refuses, they will have to explain to these Cops, and American citizens, why document fraud is now an acceptable practice in Washington DC. Major Ugly.
The goal is a major publicity event to force the next step. A hearing that requires Hawaii to cough up every document and forces the White house to remove the fraudulent document from federal web servers, and reinstate LTC Lakins pension and lost pay, and Honorable discharge.
So all of this is about to come to a head.
Congress will have to decide if it can turn it’s back on the law.

It all comes down to Obama’s popularity. The lower it gets, the higher the probability that he will face negative consequences for the fraud/forgery. Objectively speaking he’s not that popular right now, but it will have to dip a bit lower to ensure results. The welter of scandals won’t help, but it’s the implementation of Obamacare that will sink him. When even its biggest cheerleaders call it a “trainwreck”, you know it’s going to be ugly.

This sounds like what Zullo is heading towards. Zullo says they are trying to achieve a degree of security in numbers, given the thuggish response from Chicago against all previous threats.
Barry has been weakened so much in the past three weeks since the Benghazi whistle-blowers came forward that a cascade of new whistle-blowers are coming forward and leaking all over the place. So a handful of congresspersons could come forward and do what you suggest that the sheriffs might do and jumpstart the process directly in congress.
I read Zullo as hinting that he has “commitments” from several VIPs (congressmen/women) to publicly back his criminal investigation report as justifying hearings in congress.
