Schatz was the head of the HDP at the time.
He was on the hook to submit the document required by law to declare their parties candidate CONSTITUTIONALLY qualified. Its Hawaii law.
And the HDP did just that in 2004 for Kerry. Schatz or the HDP in general, removed the 2004 paragraph with Constitutional eligible language. The document template is the same except for that removal. If I recall, there was a tell tale misspelling incorrect word used in both documents. Showing they just took the template and reused it - but after removing the language.
This removal of the language was a specific and deliberate act. Specific and deliberate. Maybe by Schatz personally. Maybe by a ‘committee’. But Schatz or the entire HDP knew they were trying ‘slide one by’.
But the didn’t. This is exactly why Ms. Pelosi had to kick into action. Schatz’s document was WORTHLESS. It did not meet the legal requirements. So it has zero value in the process. And it would appear no one wanted to simply ‘fix’ it. So this is the national party had to submit a new OCON specifically with the eligibility language - to get their guy on the ballot.
Schatz appears to have tried to commit fraud by submitting a knowingly invalid document and trying to slide it through. He clearly did not want to be tag with a document that declared Obama Constitutionally eligible with his signature on it. That would be fraud without a doubt. And we chose to go with ‘maybe fraud’ vs. ‘definitely fraud’. Either way - he appears to committed fraud.

Our Constitutional crisis today is the result of 50+or- of the population not giving a hoot about the Constitution let alone knowing what It means or what it was intended for. Obama and his enablers feed off these people like a farmer swilling his hogs.

I think we are seeing the ‘revenge’ of the 60s/70s radicals in general. Be they the white WM/WU. or the black BLA or BPs.
Parts of the real black movement was definitely hijacked by communist or radical Muslims or both. MLK’s cause was sincere but there were elements who co-opted parts of that cause. It is a shame.
Jesse Jackson never seemed to be a ‘radical’ to me. He was with MLK when he was assassinated. I think JJ never went over to the radicalized side.
But Ayers must be laughing it up every night with the current situation. He has want he wanted. I think if he is not happy with anything it is that this ‘civil cold war’ has not gone ‘hot’ yet. They have the tinderbox primed if either a real event takes place or a false flag. If a real one does not come they probably have an FF ready.

I remember sending a letter to Nancy Pelosi when this came out asking her to explain why two different forms were necessary. I enclosed copies of the forms.
She did not reply.
I called the HDP and asked who had authorized that change, when, and why. The guy was very offended that I asked and would not give any answers. Said he didn’t have to tell me anything.
I bet they were ‘offended’. Someone asking about their little attempt keeping their chair open when the music stops.

SUMMARY
A comparison of the DNC’s OCON sent to Hawaii with the OCONs sent to every other state reveals a conspiracy to conceal Obama’s ineligibility. Notice the statement added to the Hawaiian document in order to make it compliant with HRS 11-113(c)(1)(B), after it was discovered the DEMOCRAT PARTY OF HAWAII refused to include the legally required language enabling Hawaii’s Chief Elections Officer to approve of Obama’s inclusion on the Hawaiian Presidential Ballot.
Hawaii Revised Statute HRS 11-113 (d) and (e), in collaboration with HRS 91, 92 and 3-170 creates a series of deadlines which enabled Obama with an opportunity to appear in Hawaii almost 45 days after the OCON controversy occurred, but on the exact day prior to the final deadline for inclusion on the Hawaiian presidential ballot. This time line was critical in creating the appearance that Obama’s only reason for visiting Hawaii more than three times in 4 months was for personal reasons.
Obama’s time in Hawaii from the afternoon of October 23rd through October 24th remains largely unnaccounted for, except for the brief time he spent with his sick grandmother.
Any conflict among party authorities over candidate eligibility allows the Hawaiian Chief Elections Officer the autonomous choice whether or not to include the candidate on the ballot anyway, per HRS 11-113(b), which Cronin did, regardless if that candidate is proven eligible or not. Cronin is not obligated to verify eligibility per HRS 11-113.
This indicates a crime. If the original OCON had contained the amended statement prior to being signed, it would have been left in the body of the statement for ALL the OCONs received by all the states. There is no rational motive for the DNC to omit this statement post-signing because it only reinforces allegations by Obama and the DNC that he is eligible in every state. Which he is not, at least we know, in Hawaii. The fact that it only appears in Hawaii’s OCON indicates a cover-up.
The lack of a “RECEIVED DATE” stamp on the DNC’s Hawaiian OCON, which is present on other state’s version, also prevents an accurate determination of the latest possible date on which Cronin was able to schedule a CONTEST HEARING with Obama after finding Obama uncertified by the DPH. Obama would not have wanted to give the appearance of dealing with an ineligibility issue so close to the election, but he also would not want to allow anyone to know their was a legal problem with his inclusion on the ballot so near the date when Hawaii received the Certifications of Nomination there. Cronin was permitted to record his receipt of the OCON as late as Sept. 5, 2008, 60 days prior to the election, which would have allowed the hearing to begin sometime between October 10, 2008 and October 24, 2008, after exhausting the legally permitted time and personal allowances in the process for scheduling according to HRS 11-113(d) and (e).
Obama cancelled several campaign appointments, just weeks before the election, and suddenly traveled to Hawaii on October 23, 2008 without his family, to visit his ill grandmother.
HRS 92-5-8 affords the Hawaiian Elections Commission the permission to conduct private meetings with candidates when information contained in vital records protected under HRS 338-18 is to be considered.
Madelyn Dunham’s death was reported on November 3rd, 2008. It allegedly occurred at about 3:00 a.m. on November 2nd. No official medical documents, death certificate or coronor’s report of her passing has ever been publicly revealed..
(1): The documents: the BC, The SS, The Selective Service are fabrications; forgeries. This is by now, a given. What it means is that The CCP has evidence that criminal fraud MAY have been committed in Maricopa County, Arizona, which is where The CCP's jurisdiction begins and ends. The AZ authorities having seen fit NOT to act on the information changed this from a local criminal matter to a national PR campaign, the purpose of which is to bring the awareness of the fraud before the American public.
(2): So what? What is the next step? Whom is to be charged? With what? Who's going to officially investigate, indict, prosecute? The fact that "everybody who looks, knows" means the PR campaign was a success. But no one is going to jail or losing office as a result of this particular PR campaign.
(3): Do NOT mix the apple of the forgeries with the orange of constitutional eligibility. The former is a small target, the latter a much more complicated one.
(4): What the courts are actually telling us is that although Barack Hussein Obama, Jr. or II has no dependably established identity, or may not have been constitutionally eligible to even run for the office he now holds, those with the authority to have kept him from office instead duly installed him as POTUS. Therefore, in the opinion of the courts, the only constitutional entities that can correct the mistake are those who made it!
(5): Efforts to correct the "mistake" will be immeasurably furthered by keeping Team Obama from a majority in the House and Senate in 2014. Despite this demonstrable fraud, and the ever louder crescendo of scandals, Team Obama is supported by voters of fanatical loyalty and material interest. Voting in a Congress that can be more easily influenced by our public pressure is where the major effort must be directed.
Everything about this infection uses the co-opted technique, like a virus that scavenges bits of the host's DNA to mimic the host enough to overcome the host's immunity defenses.
This has been an especially effective tool to co-opt the language of our national dialog, made even more so with almost total control of the now one stream msm. Propaganda at its sneakiest from those who invented the modern art form and then raised it to 21st century standards.

To underscore your point I recently read in Bloomberg Businessweek about how Google’s executive chairman, Eric Schmidt, is investing millions in a new company with two dozen veterans of the Obama campaign’s data analytics team. Schmidt was full of praise for the engineers, statisticians, and scientists whose work informed the strategy of a campaign that won by 5 million votes.
The world’s number one search engine tied to the Obama propaganda machine is downright frightening.
