Guess who I found on the client list on Expert Witness link for Reed Hayes...

That’s right. (Pay attention Fogblowers) An attorney at Perkins Coie, whose partner flew to Hawaii to retrieve the alleged LFBC hard copy from Onaka for her personal client, POTUS Barry, has used Reed Hayes as an expert witness, according to the Expert Witness Directory for Reed Hayes.

I would imaging that Hayes would only list Kellenberg as a client of his with Kellenberg’s permission.

Should Perkins Coie partners find themselves defending Barry against testimony from Hayes that Barry’s BC is forged it would seem to be very hard for Hayes’ credentials to be attacked by Perkins Coie, as Fogblowers have been doing non-stop since Hayes’ name was revealed. Only Hayes’ work product, currently his 40-page opinion could be the target for Perkins Coie...unless they wanted to undermine all of the prior litigation for clients that they did using Hayes as an expert forensic document examiner witness.

BTW, I purchased some search time on the webpage Dauberttracker.com which records the results, good or bad, for Daubert challenges to expert witnesses and no Daubert challenges to Reed Hayes are recorded. This may be due to his impeccable credentials and well drafted opinions which would discourage any such challenges from opposing counsel.

It was posted a day or two ago that Foggers have suddenly/finally realized the Obama LF BC was electronically generated. We really shouldn’t gloss over this development. [Providing, of course, the Fogger who made the admission wasn’t drummed off the site.]

Sure, they stampede back to the idea that HI has vouched for the contents. BUT, the elephant is the room won’t go away. Namely, if BHO has a valid LF BC on file, why didn’t they just copy & use that? Why, if such a record exists, did they go to so much trouble to create an amalgamated electronic hybrid/fraud?

Foggers have neither the intellectual capacity nor the objectivity to address that question honestly. If they did, they wdn’t be Foggers.
