The second one made my screen go blurry & out of focus.
I have a similar one saved on my laptop, but have lost the link. The photo is labeled “BeingNearMemorialandVeteransDayPic” and is of a young woman in a blue dress, lying on her back on a grave in a military cemetery, eyes closed, lost in memories.
The grave is that of L/Cpl Noah M. Pier, USMC.
War IS hell.

These cartoons remind me of an old cartoon I saw about 45 years ago.
French leader Charles de Gaul, leader of France is standing in front of a US Cemetery in France.
He looks out at us and says...”Why do you Americans always stay where you are not wanted!”
