Rubio was on Cavuto and Hannity’s shows today and so naturally I watched Cavuto (watch daily) not Hannity and he (Rubio) was outraged about the current IRS scandal and said we need MORE investigations into it. See? He is one of us.
And he says we can’t trust Obama with big government health care, (how about big government amnesty-care Rubio?) and we must repeal it , see, he is going after Obama ? He is on OUR side. He really ripped Obama on that too.
Then Cavuto got to immigration and never letting us down he started by played a clip of the Senate judiciary committee approving the current immigration bill and the committee audience chanting ‘Yes we can, yes we can…’ a reference to Obama 2008 campaign.
So Cavuto asked Rubio if he’s worried that he ‘ will forever be labeled by conservatives as the guy to helped Obama achieve his goal ’. (exact Quote)
Rubio replied that ‘this IS NOT the president’s plan and by the time its passed it will look NOTHING like what the president initially wanted’ (quote)
See, Rubio is taking Obama to the cleaners on this… a real conservative leader.
They are finding it very uncomfortable on this site right now so when they post they dont put anything in the ‘To:’ box so no-one gets pinged.

I think that these days everyone at Free Republic recognizes Rubio for the craven fraud that he is.

No conservative votes for an 867 page bill that gives so much power to an unelected political hack like Napolitano.....people that say Rubio is nieve are really fools themselves ...Rubio is a damn lying scumbag and Paul Ryan is no better with his co-starring role in those puke inducing amnesty commercials .....and neither one of these two jackasses has ever seen an illegal besides the ones bussing their tables at a restaurant, I’d love send Paul and Marco for a couple of weeks vacation in one of these destroyed West Texas towns and have them live next to the shanty houses that the illegals build up while they work at the local meat processing plant ...have them share the roads, the schools, the stores with typical illegals, not the illegals they parade around on television as striving for a college education....

Anything Rubio likes; I hate.
Although I believe there are millions blotting our landscape——keep in mind the Third World is salivating at the thought of zillions in foreign aid.
They ruthlessly pump the numbers to scare our vote-crazed pols into allocating monies in exchange for latino votes.
Rubio is supposed to be on Hannity tonight with a studio audience asking him questions. Could be interesting to see how fast Rubio spins if the right people are in the audience asking the right questions (I know a lot of IFs).
We'll learn a lot when we're watching him tonight. It's already sparked some musings in my brain......
It'll be interesting to see what will be the tenor of the show itself? Is it a set-up to make Rubio and his political views look good? To let him charm a viewing audience into supporting the "path to amnesty"?
Plus, will he or will he not confirm our negative feelings about him due to his affinity for amnesty....that will be the question.
My opinion is that in interaction with the camera and the audience he'll do so much of his fast talking that nobody's brain can absorb it.
The other night I watched a Rubio interview clip and I turned the sound off for a number of seconds. I saw his mouth producing words non-stop at a rate so fast as to be astonishing. I've never seen anything like it in politics. Try turning the sound off yourself for a few moments tonight. This guy is faster vocally than the most experienced carnival shill.
Is this incredible vocal art plus his earnest boyish looks the secret of his success in vaulting to the top of the list of potential presidential candidates? Good question.
Tonight will reveal a lot about this ambitious young man.

I totally agree. I consider myself fairly intelligent (of course, there are many on this forum that are more so than I), but I’ve often thought to myself that he’s the fastest talking politician that I recall ever hearing and it takes me a few minutes to try to catch up and digest what I think I just heard him say.
If he wants to win over the LIV, he may want to consider slowing down; or, perhaps, that’s his ploy - talk so fast many can’t truly absorb what he just said - but he looks good and talks intelligently (from what they can tell - not a lot of ums, uhs, etc.), so he must be really smart and looking out for them (I suspect he is rather smart).
When they were showing the preview for tonight’s Hannity show on FNC last night and scanning the audience, one of the ones I noticed in the front row is the sherriff from AZ. I believe it was Paul Babeu from Pinal County - he was on FNC quite often during gun control discussions and I believe immigration/border security and/or Fast & Furious and/or other AZ-related discussions (the bald, rather nice looking man).
