Catholic Social Services of Connecticut was under contract the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services to provide child welfare services for minors with foreign nationality in 1971. The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services is discharged with the duty of administering the Federal Foster Care program. Obama entered the Federal Foster Care program in 1971 and was not discharged from the child welfare program for foreign nationals until he reached the age of majority, 18 years-old, August 4, 1979.

Where is the documented proof of this to back up your claims Sven? You have been asked countless times ‘every day’ to show at least ONE piece of physical evidence in your possession to back up your claims and yet you have not provided anything. Now why is that Sven? Again, show us some physical documentation that will solidify your claims as legitimate.

Only after having gained control of the Selective Service archives by having a political appointee in control could Barry’s forgery team have been able to insert a newly forged bogus registration into the archive, IMO.
Carter was president in 1980’s deep into the campaign with no evident ties to any Obots when registration was required, but apparently didn’t happen as evidenced by the need for a subsequent forgery. Reagan was president back in the 1980’s from 1981 on and his political appointee would never have allowed such thing.
Clinton’s appointee to Selective Service might have allowed it but Barry’s Chicago commie backers were enemies of the “New Democrat” Clintons. Barry ran against Bobbie Rush who doubtless had Clinton backing.
So off the top of my head, the Selective Service forgery most likely occurred AFTER Barry took office and needed to cover his tracks pronto to prove eligibility to assume a federal job by having complied with Selective Service.

Again, can you show documentation that any of these proceedings actually occurred? Until then, it's very difficult to accept that any part of the scenario you outline is historically accurate.

I would assign a zero probability to the possibility that any link could be found to any case with the elements this delusional scenario.
All of this is based on Barry’s claim (via Ayers) in Dreams that he travelled alone from Indonesia to Hawaii.
Can even ONE case be found where the custody of any child arriving from overseas alone was stripped from the parents? (not that there is any proof that Barry ever did)

How did Hawaii undo the adoption? If adopted in Indonesia what then?
Why does the (proven forgery) COLB with BHO SR and SAD names on it have a race designation for BHO SR that wasn’t used back in 1961/1971?
How did food stamps get issued automatically?; IIRC they have to be applied for.
How would somebody that was working (granny dunham) even qualify?

Claims have been made in the past by a certain “researcher” that BHO Sr. was “somewhere other than Kenya for several years” before arriving in Hawaii in the Fall of 1959.
If this passport image is genuine, that would put that claim to rest. BHO Sr. was in Kenya in the spring prior to leaving for Hawaii.
BHO Sr. also failed to list tribal wife Kezia and baby Roy in his UK passport application, perhaps anticipating the greater freedom he would enjoy as a single man in USA.

There are a great number of loose ends in Obama’s history, of course. Coverups, missing files, and the rest. This takes some of that and pieces a story together. But, frankly, I find it doubtful. Too many little inconsistencies, as some of the earlier comments have noted.
I’d have to see some real proof, which this thesis doesn’t offer, IMHO.
Yes, Obama has a Connecticut-based Social Security number, but I find it impossible to believe that they would have sent him to a Catholic charities center in Connecticut, of all places, when his family was in Hawaii. Why on earth?

Really? Then explain why I was bothering to check on kids placed at church organizations by the state back in the 80s when I was a CPS worker? Also, explain why the church orphanage by my childhood home had state placed kids there when I was a kid in the 70s.

If he was adopted by Lolo in Hawaii then an amended BC would be issued? Heck, if he was adopted in Hawaii then weather he was born there or not, the newly issued BC would probably show him born there.(?)
There is nothing that anyone has found in the US that indicates Lolo adopted him. He may have adopted him in Indonesia or Lolo may have let on that he had gone through the legal process when in reality he hadn't. No, an adoption amended BC only changes the parents' information but does not change any of the baby's information so the birth place remains the same no matter what.
