After a mini-controversy about a claim from President Obama that he shoots clay pigeons at Camp David, the White House released a photo of “Obama” shooting a $2500 Browning Citori shotgun. Problem: It doesn’t look like the President’s watch. And that leaves aside why the President is shooting a fancy Japanese-made gun instead of a down-to-earth Mossberg or Remington.
With as many people who want to kill Obama, he must have a few body doubles.
This could have been taken today in the Bahamas, with a body double.. who knows.
We will never really know the truth about this government.

Isn’t Obama a mental case and with a weapon, leaves me speechless!
(1) The butt of the gun is way too high on his shoulder.
(2) With the butt of the gun that high his line of sight is below the top plane of the barrel so he can't see the target.

.410 is a great skeet gauge. Managed to leave the sport with a 96% average in the little gun. Also have shot it at Sporting. You can hit out to 50 yards with it if you know how.
Based on my observation, it’s about “the hair” (Aug ‘12 vs. Feb. ‘13)...but I could be wrong.
A.) If a lowly peasant such as I can have more than one wristwatch, I'm sure the President can as well and B.) my old college roommate was an accomplished skeet shooter. The Browning Citori was the shotgun he preferred.
This was a photo-op. Nothing more.
I got some funny looks as a youngster hunting quail with my Dads 1897 Winchester (’trenchsweeper’) so I got a Remington 1100. The Winchester shot as well and believe it was lighter.
Now I’ve got a sweet Browning over and under 20.
I don’t know why this is such a controversy. Everyone in the country knows he doesn’t shoot. I don’t see why he can’t go out to some field with some shotgun provided him by his handlers, shoot it, and have the picture taken.
Careful, that maybe you ticket to the FEMA camp.
