On January 10, 2013 the Washington State Supreme Court fined Linda Jordan almost $13,000 because she legally challenged Barack Obama's use of forged identity documents: A fake birth certificate and phony Social Security Number.
Jordan wanted the original records to be produced for comparison. Why did Jordan want to see Obama’s real ID?
• The Maricopa County Sheriff Department has presented credible evidence that the birth certificate Barack Obama posted on the White House website on April 27, 2011 was forged. (Maricopa County Sheriff Department 602.876.1801) • Jordan’s own research confirmed that Hawaii law requires signatures on birth certificates to be in permanent ink. The signature of Obama’s mother, on his purported 1961 birth certificate, is partly ink and partly a computer created signature. This compilation means the signature was forged. • Ohio Private Investigator Susan Daniels has confirmed that the Social Security Number Obama is using was previously issued to someone else. SSN’s are NEVER re-issued.
Obama used this fake ID to prove he was eligible to be President. It got him on the ballot and into the White House. This is fraud in the least, treason at worst.

Sorry, I have no idea how any plaintiffs’ or defense attorney was selected for any Obama eligibility case.
I wasn’t aware of judges spending any time looking at piles of dead bodies unless photos of those bodies are proffered as evidence. Judges rule on what is before them.
He was denied standing. Other candidates supposedly lose nothing by having a cheater in the race. (gag)
It’s a moving target. If McCain had challenged Obama they would have said it was too early or too late to do so. They can make up excuses until the cows come home - because, as Justice Thomas said, THEY ARE EVADING THIS ISSUE. That means they could take it on and resolve it but they are instead finding ways to not have to.
Why are they evading it? You tell me.

Judge Carter said in his order that he strongly considered granting standing to Alan Keyes but he didn’t because Keyes was only on the ballot in three states and therefore had no real chance to win.
Hint, hint: McCain, Romney, Palin and Ryan were on the ballot in 50 states and the District of Columbia and they accumulated Electoral votes.
Never mind that for a third party the percentage of the vote that you get determines whether you can be on the ballot the next time. At least in some places. And determines whether you’re one who is able to make it into presidential debates so you get visibility. And...
But like I said, supposedly a competitor suffers no harm by a cheater being in the race. Heck, what’s the big deal about Lance Armstrong or any of the others who used steroids? Nobody was hurt by having a cheater in the race. As long as 2nd place didn’t sue Armstrong, what business is it of anybody else’s whether he was cheating? Right?
How can Congress butt its nose into steroid use when they haven’t suffered any particularized harm - when NOBODY who might have suffered particularized harm actually sued in court? Heck, for that matter, who suffered particularized harm from Al Capone’s tax evasion? Who would have had to pay a “significant” amount more in taxes in order to make up for what Capone didn’t pay? That cost would have been spread out over a bunch of people and what’s the big deal if a person only has to pay pennies more? That’s not enough to make a difference. CLEARLY nobody was harmed by Al Capone’s tax evasion. It was a victimless crime so what’s the point of prosecuting it?
Etc ad nauseum. A lawyer can always find an excuse. Everything is excusable if you couch it in the right terms. That’s why justice doesn’t exist, and the law is utterly and absolutely meaningless.
If Carter hadn’t used that excuse he’d have found another.

So let me get this straight, after theatening their daughter’s life Hillary went to work for the Obama Administrtion. And Bill waited for the 2012 Democratic Convention to give what may have been one of the best Convention speeched in history, a speech that some say saved the Obama Presidency and then for good measure went out and tirelessly campaigned from Obama. Something dos add up.
People do strange things when a gun is held to their daughter’s head. Know what I mean?

The story says Viviano’s sources were willing to come forward with affidavits but if they’ve been signed, they’ve not been made public, but that’s to be expected since there haven’t been any charges filed by the posse yet. I have signed an affidavit on my own that has not been made public yet, and I’m prepared to sign one for Zullo if/when there’s a case to submit it for.

The whole idea of threats against people who would challenge or even bring up Obama’s eligibility is reinforced by the claims of the Hillary supporters. 2008 was literally a coup. I have insider information that the reason Hagmann went quiet on his story of the media threats is because one of his informants was killed and he wanted to protect a particularly vulnerable informant (which is the one I asked Zullo about, which fled the country in fear after all). Hagmann did allow another investigator/reporter to look at his evidence with the condition that no confidentiality was to be violated through public reporting. That colleague reported on Glenn Beck leaving Fox because of threats. I think that’s in the links I gave on one of the FR posts; if not I can look it up for you, let me know.

I should make a correction though. I think it was in the interview with Viviano that she said she had been told by high-ups in Hillary’s campaign that Hillary’s plan had always been to challenge Obama’s eligibility at the convention. But the gal who got Tubbs and Gwatney to say that they would present a petition at the convention said the petition itself was to keep Obama from getting enough votes in the first round so they would have to go to a second round and from there could build momentum. So the intention and the strategy for achieving the goal may be 2 different things. But Gwatney’s supposedly-random death the day after he agreed to present the petition is a bit too coincidental, especially followed by Tubbs’ death shortly after SHE agreed to present the petition.
Something that is important to remember: the fact of threats to the media personalities if they reported on eligibility has been confirmed by law enforcement. So we KNOW that threats have been used to keep the eligibility issue quiet (initially), and it seems likely that threats were reiterated to get media personalities to ridicule the eligibility issues when they could no longer be avoided.
And we saw the same thing happen on a smaller level right in front of our faces, with the Kansas ballot objection. The objector withdrew his objection because his family received threats once the media got on the bandwagon and ridiculed both Kobach and this objector.
So we know that threats have had a BIG role in trying to silence the eligibility issue.
The Fogbowers have laughed about people posing as supporters of Orly in order to encourage her to unfruitful distractions. These fine, upstanding people (cough) claimed to have created a forged Kenyan birth certificate and specifically presented it so that it would be put forward in a court of law as evidence. Why would anybody waste their time on these efforts - even potentially illegal efforts - if they truly believed there was nothing to fear in these challenges? Either these are flat-out evil people just looking to make trouble, or they are scared of the truth being found out, or both.
I had a poster with the handle “Dr Who” who admitted to me that he/she helped forge Obama’s birth certificate and said that the FBI knew they had done it and would cover for them. I thought it was probably just somebody trying to demoralize me into giving up, until the very capable hacker who dug into it for me had his computer fried by a tripwire set up to fry anybody who started to untangle the “gates” that had been used and find out where this person was really at. That’s a bit of overkill for somebody with nothing to hide.
There is a dark, seamy underside to this whole issue. Always has been. And those things fit what Ret Col Lawrence Sellin overheard a Republican Presidential primary candidate give as the reason nobody would address Obama’s eligibility issue: it goes way, way too deep for anybody to be willing to open it up. And seeing the flames from the depths of Hell directed towards anybody who MIGHT try to bring it up supports that view. You don’t kill people over something that a $10 birth certificate could instantly clear up.

Amazing, isn’t it? Not to mention all the Republican members of Congress! Somehow, they are brave enough to oppose Obamacare and immigration reform and gun legislation. They’ll hold hearings galore on Benghazi and Fast & Furious and even the Iraq surge. But not a one of them has initiated a single hearing on eligibility, even though it would give them the subpoena power that the birthers so desperately want.
Those threaty people are doing on hell of a job, don’t you think? Even Justice Thomas, a mind-reader tells me, secretly agrees with the birthers. And Scalia and Alito, too, while we’re at it.

Soros needs a superficial show of opposition, to keep everybody thinking things are like normal.
But when push comes to shove, Obama gets whatever he wants from Congress. Haven’t you noticed that? What has stopped Obama on anything - like gun control - is the polls showing that he will lose everybody if he tries pushing that now. Sandy Hook wasn’t strong enough; there’s too much pushback from the public. It’s not Congress that has EVER stopped Obama.
Even when it was a lame-duck dem House after the 2010 landslide - the R’s gave away Don’t Ask Don’t Tell AND our missile defense system when they could have just waited for the new term and defeated it all. Why did the R’s cave? Because Soros knew he better start wiping out the military and our defenses, in time for the final push of the full coup (when it is openly acknowledged that this is no longer America). He gave his orders, and the R’s did as they were told, even though there was no political reason for them to do so.
IOW, what everybody here (and some other places) is able to observe contradicts what you are saying and actually makes my case for me.
I should clarify, though. I don’t believe that all the members of Congress have had threats against their families. Most of them fear media ridicule, so threatening all the media (and killing a couple to make sure to scare them all) was enough to control most of the Congress-critters, and the rest can be controlled by Boehner and McConnell, who I believe WERE threatened in the meeting the day after McCain suspended his campaign and Bush gave his speech. They’ve been keeping in line any R’s who might consider “going rogue”. That’s what the stripping of the committee memberships were all about this past month.
Remember that one of the Republican presidential primary candidates said nobody will touch the eligibility issue (meaning Congress, the courts, media, etc - the ones who would be expected to address it) because they KNOW it goes too deep. IOW, there’s more to the story than just eligibility, and everybody in DC knows it. How do they know it? You tell me; I’ve already said what I believe, and given just a few of my supporting reasons. If I gave it all, nobody would have the attention span to hear it all.

Are you saying that every judge and nearly every prominent conservative lawyer has been threatened? Or do you believe that, despite their training and experience, they are just wrong, and that as a non-lawyer you are coming up with the right answer and they’re all coming up with the wrong one?
