To find out more about Obama’s time in Indonesia, TheBlaze tracked down Father Bart Janssen. He’s the elderly founder of Santo Fransiskus Assisis who we found in a monastery in Den Bosch, The Netherlands. We asked him, through a Dutch translator, what he remembers of the young Barack Obama.

Janssen doesn’t remember who registered Obama, but he recalls that Obama’s mother didn’t speak Indonesian at the time, so he thinks that both the stepfather and the mother would have been there together to register their son. He also doesn’t think the details in Obama’s registration document should be considered official declarations of his faith or citizenship because it wasn’t a government form and people played loose with such facts at the time. For example, it was typical to register as Indonesian and Islamic just because you were living there, so the religion indicated may just be what his father put down because it was the normal thing to do.

An exit after one term from the White House could act as a catalyst for more information more quickly. An Obama win, on the other hand, would likely keep any information – at least from the president himself — sealed for at least four more years.

Voters on Tuesday, then, may be deciding more than just who the next president is – they could help decide how much more we know about the one we have now.

... I just ask - who are Filipino heritage women in the dock photo - and maybe the Nachmanoff floor photo. The woman only identified as Anne in the Nachmanoff photo MAY be one of the 2 women in the dock photo. It is hard to tell definitely one way or the other.

The 'dock photo' seems to have been tampered with to the extent it's impossible to use for anything, it's doubtful if that's even the head of the kenyan in the pic, one man has an arm missing which appears again between the two central characters...one of whom was wearing a coat and seems to have had his arm around the man that looks like Stanley Armour Dunham. The asian woman in the forefront appears to have been addded later, and has been tentatively identified as a 1959 graduate from the U of HI. The girl of interest standing very close to the man holding a briefcase does resemble the ANNE/USA at the Nachmannofs, but that's not conclusive. Of the three men wearing glasses, two seem to be duplicates, or twins. Many have tried, but no one has been able to locate the SOURCE of this image. The numerous LEI ARE FAKE, and the kenyan's FACE may have come from a black and white version of the airport image from 1970/71... And if you were to take the image at face value, why would there be the captain and officers of a ship and dock workers at a welcome or farewell for the kenyan? There are many more anomalies, too many to go into. The image is useless for any dating or identification purposes.

Coupled the Filipino women in the dock photo and the McKeon memo of the USC wife ‘who is in the Philipines’. So I certainly agree. McKeon made no claim of Filipino or Filipino-heritage wife. And he was relying on input from Obama or some other source - as such its actual accuracy is not confirmed. It is basically hearsay.

Correct, and if there was a wife from whom he is separated living in the Philippines she could have been of Spanish descent or a coloured, muslim woman from the Moro Tribe - that the Laubach Org for whom Elizabeth Mooney worked, spent many years teaching literacy in the Philippines.

But the pictures and reference and apparent linkage to the Philippines have never been explained. Maybe they can not after so much time.

SAD made one (delayed) trip to the Philippines in 1986 iirc. Connected or not, who knows? Check the passport application file.

As the multiple Ann(x)s in 1961 or so.

Ann S Obama, Ann Obama, Anna Obama are the names of the woman who was enrolled at the U of HI for Fall 1960, and left the island with a child and moved to Seattle in time to be listed in the 1961-62 Polk Directory. (I'm keeping it KISS)

If the references to Anne and Anna where one or the other I would say that is strong linkage. But they are not. So the linkage is more tenuous.

The kenyan's marriage to a woman known as Anna 'Toot' was known in the village - from the letters the kenyan wrote home to his father, the only one who could read. It seems the woman he wrote home about, he named Annie Tutu which has been described to me by a freeper as a local Hawaiian name customarily bestowed upon an older sister or aunt named ANNA. The name stuck in Clan lore (phoneticaly)as Anna Toot. You need to follow how 'Dreams' then weaves the names Anna, Ann and Toot into the narrative. I'll post the relative paragraph again...

Is Anna of Seattle really Stanley Ann? Maybe. If you were a single mother with a mixed-race child in 1961/1962 you probably have enough problems without using a mans name as your first name. But why not Ann instead of Anna. Anna is not used her anywhere else. So it somewhat stands out as an anomaly.

You need to believe that the girl who enrolled at the U of WA a few weeks after the birth of a child, according to the transcript, went by the name of OBAMA, Stanley Ann Dunham, yet shows up in the Polk directory as ANNA OBAMA. I think common sense might indicate that Anna (or Ann) Obama arrived in Seattle in time to get her name into the directory and have Mary baby-sit IN JANUARY and the name on the transcipt is suspect.

KISS is always good. Based on KISS I would say this scenario is possible. Note - possible, not likely, not probably. Just possible.

KISS is good if you are writing an essay or a short story - it's not usefull when trying to explain a deception.

Obama knocks up SAD in the November 1960 timeframe. Parents ship her off to family in Washington. No wedding, not happy little family. She has baby in Washington - maybe (just maybe) Canada leveraging Obama’s nationality connection to that country. He was after all British at this time since Kenya was not yet independent. She stays in Washington. She only returns after the trouble maker - Obama Senior - leaves the island. Then in 1964 she files for divorce to give her and the baby a proper married name. Better to be divorced with a child than to have never been married based on values at the time - right?

That's just an example of what KISS can do.

This ‘legitimizes’ the baby’s name and give her a ‘legitimate’ past with a dirty rotten husband who abandoned her and the baby. I think the divorce claimed mis-treatment. How can you mis-treat if you are not in any contact? So the divorce was probably a sham to create a sham marriage and ‘clean up’ the past.

All KISS, no progress, same stuff discussed over and over before the election in 2008.

Obama senior either agrees to it or does not care. But when push comes to shove later in 1964 he tries to leverage the situation to stay in the US.

The reason I think that SAD would have already been on the mainland IF the birth really did happen August 4 1961 is that the average maternity stay in 1961 was 8 days. So she would not have left the hospital until the 12th. Then she is in Seattle by end of the month? Or even the 19th? Unlikely. How and when SAD goes to Seattle is another vacuum.

So that is it. The basic story as it might fit datapoints. Roman Obama - not sure, seems much, much more complex. And not trying to ‘advance’ that.

But still many vacuums that would be better filled.

Sorry, you miss a go; go back to the start. I'm doing my best to fill a vacuum but you can't let go of the myth of SAD's motherhood, and while that remains sacrocanct, there can be no progress.

Thanks for posting that link, but what was posted on that thread showing how the deception progressed, was obviously too in-depth and too detailed, as you can see, we can’t get past the mother-myth, so anything further down the track is a total waste of time...there’s a resistance to breaking the mother-relationship of ‘Dreams’ which I can only assume to be based upon fear. It’s simply not rational to keep insisting that this one aspect of ‘Dreams’ is truth, when all the rest related to the ‘family’ we’ve been presented with doesn’t hold water.
I don’t know whether to bother to go on, frankly. I do have a life and better things to do.
I’m going to have to give it a rest before I go on to the Indonesia questions, our resident critic has already muddied the waters beyond anything reasonable or sane. And that was deliberate. It’s a poison influence - a malignant force one might be better off to stay away from.

One reason I say that is because it was on that thread that I had a virus attack which totally wiped out my harddrive. I don’t want to got through something like that again, I lost a lot of research material as a result, but fortunately, others on the team had kept much and I was able to start again.

Anyone who can't see through that has my sympathy. Mary knew exactly who she meant, Mary never assumed she baby-sat anyone but the child of the woman she named, who had the same christian name as the listing in the Polk directory. Mary never named the child she baby-sat, and had she known she baby-sat the POTUS she would have screamed it from the rooftops in Alaska where she had been interviewed not long before about her silly stolen yard signs.

1961 and 1962 were the same years Bruce Lee lived on Broadway and Jefferson - just a short distance away and was practicing and training his martial arts in the parking lots and streets of Capitol Hill and on the campus of the Univ. of Washington. Stanley Ann Obama and Bruce Lee likely crossed paths.

Ann and Barack also lived just North of where Jimi Hendrix graduated Garfield High School. Also of note the Ann attended the Univ. of Washington the year President John F. Kennedy would speak at the Univ. in Nov. of 1961 and undoubtedly would have inspired Ann Obama. Ann would also likely have been inspired by a speech given shortly thereafter in Nov. of 1961 at the Univ. by a young Martin Luther King.

I just went back and read some of the entries on the thread you posted the link to, and came across the comment about how TWO 'classmates' of Stanley Ann Dunham at Mercer Island High School regurgitated ALMOST EXACTLY the same story about visiting her at the Seattle address. (I think both articles have been removed, but here's what we have recorded, it's a HOOT!

STORY NUMBER ONE:

Summer 1962 -- Sighting by John W. Hunt in June-Sept 1962 "I had moved to Utah for a while after high school, and I came back to Seattle in the summer of 1962. I remember visiting the World's Fair, and then stopping by Stanley Ann's apartment on Capitol Hill. It was a small apartment, upstairs. It was after June, and could have been as late as September, 1962. I visited her for half a day or so. It was after the end of the spring quarter classes, and she wasn't in classes, and didn't have a job. I recall her being melancholy at the time. I had a sense that something wasn't right in her."

Ok now, if there are any serious researchers out there, how's about you try to find the originals? I haven't been able to. Our research notes don't include the source ( bad mistake) and the website mentioned on the page Christian Faith and Reason is now devoid of content.

If stuff like the above (”memories” from two different people that are word for word!) doesn’t ring loud bells and wave red flags for people, nothing will.

The people covering up truth and making up crap were not terribly clever, plus they had SO MUCH WORK to do - so much to scrub, so many lies to get out there, so much fabrication - they were probably pulling their hair out.

There is only one reason why they succeeded (SO FAR!).

I am not convinced that Senior is father at all. And still acknowledge that the solid, take it to the bank and bet your house on it evidence is still not there.

It's as watertight as 'Dreams' could make it, plus a little tweaking of the immigration documents. There's also the prepared speech SAD made to Susan Blake about being madly in love with a coloured man...and don't forget Neil Abercrombie, the only man in the world who ever saw ANN and the kenyan together. ANN he always called her, never Stanley Ann Dunham. ANN S OBAMA, ANN, as shown in the Polk in Hawaii.

The events and documents of 1964 would have mutually beneficial effects. Divorce/faux marriage servers mother and child. Senior, once he is aware of the divorce action or if he pre-blessed it he gets to use USC wife and child (note that he does indicate divorce is final though it is as his April 1964 INS form) as a reason to stay in US.

I read that twice and can't follow. But it is obvious that the divorce documents we have been shown gave her sole custody of a named child she wasn't seen with until he was more than two years old...unless you think (As I do) that's her with zero on page 18 of Muhammad Speaks...when he appears to be about five or six months of age.

If the FOIA are authentic he does reference SAD in 1961 - but not the child. Again, IF this is authentic then he is probably aware she is knocked up but does not know he is father. He fills out the form in September - a month after the supposed birth. He may be making up the status of ‘wife’ (vs. impregnated liason) to stay in the US - something he clearly wanted to do.

He crossed out the name of a person in the 'wife' section and wrote Ann S Dunham. Clever. That was 27 days after the 'birth' iirc. Imagine, Frank has worked his magic and arranged for the birth announcement of a son to Mr & Mrs Obama...Ann S Obama is shown in the Polk directory, now all the kenyan has to do is enter Ann S Dunham and he's replaced the wife who left him...and took THEIR child to Seattle, but why would he acknowledge a son he never had? This was a two-part deal, he gets to apply for an extension with a US citizen wife. THEN follows the how about you acknowledge paternity... or maybe he hadn't been paid yet? Why do you think these events took place? For love, or for money?

I really question any February 1961 real marriage at all. He was playboy, with a wife in Kenya. Love and family were not in the agenda. But having a ‘USC’ wife (and in 1964 - a USC child) give him hope of not getting deported.

It looks like he might have had a marriage of some kind before and she left him and went to Seattle, her parents were the ones who disapproved, it was her parents who made her promise to finish her education...it was this 'wife' he wrote home about and asked his father Onyango to help him save the marriage. There are a number of issues in this story that make me think she might have been a muslim like he was, he felt entitled to more than one wife. Or if she wasn't muslim herself, she may have taken part in some sort of muslim marriage ceremony. On one occasion he tries to explain that where he comes from, all one needs to do to obtain a divorce is tell the woman he is divorcing her. That isn't Kenyan custom, THAT'S ISLAM.

Real or stand in - he had material gain of claiming USC wife and later child.

And when Anna departed, he lost that. Or, alternatively he sent her away because he had a better offer, and told her all she needed to do was WAIT. He came into money rather suddenly, after working for only one month at the pineapple cannery...

Wife and child got material gain from a formal divorce in 1964 - cleaning up stigma background with a more legitimate.

And just as you are travelling down the highway in your smoothly running V8 coupe, you hit a speed bump and all your luggage flies out...

The man was an unprincipled rogue. His birth year went from 1934 to 1936 because he had an older brother (Yusuf/Joseph who has never been acknowledged,) it was Yusuf who graduated from the school at Maseno. The kenyan was arrested on some minor misdemeanour and would never have qualified to accept a scholarship in Hawaii or anywhere; so guess whose graduation docs he must have used to be able to accept? For all we know, it might have been Yusuf Obama Onynago who ended up at Harvard, and Barack Hussein Obama might be still living in the village...now wouldn't that be funny...

This, FReepers, is what is called contemporaneous corroboration! Mrs. Anna Obama, student, at this address is the same Stanley Ann Obama registered as a student at U of WA giving that same address.

Mary Toutonghi stated up front in her interview that her 50-year-old memory might be faulty...and it was!

A careful reading not of hearsay and bad memories of witnesses but of the actual 1961 and 1962 documents and records prove to a certainty that Stanley Ann was in Seattle at that time. There isn’t any evidence that I have seen that her baby, the current president, was anywhere else but with her in Seattle, as reported by numerous witnesses, even if they can’t remember timelines perfectly 50 years later. If any FReeper has such evidence feel free to post it.

There is no evidence that Mrs. Anna S. Obama is anything other than a variant of Stanley Ann Dunham Obama.
