Not that it means anything, but when I first saw the “photo” of them sitting on the couch, I found her “right hand” holding the baby’s leg to be sort of creepy.

I don’t know what it is about that hand, I just know it gives me the creeps.

What I find creepy is the babies left forearm is huge compared to its upper arm. Look at the size of the hand also. As pointed out before Lolo's pants are about 3 inches wider then his waist. And what are those white streaks in his crotch area and down his left knee? If you enlarge the picture (ctrl +) You can see better that Obama's left hand looks like when someone is splashing their hand in water. In the right picture that left hand of SAD really, really looks wierd.

That hand holding the baby, in the screencap, looks transparent:

In another view, her hands look they have been borrowed from a cadaver. IMO, the one image they had of her body sitting in a chair, was used for both images, but her hands weren't doing what they needed to be doing to hold a baby that wasn't there, so the hands with the baby are an artifice.
