OBAMA’S KENYAN BIRTH RECORDS DISCOVERED IN BRITISH NATIONAL ARCHIVES

It now appears the worst fears of the U.S. Constitution’s framers were well founded as investigators working on behalf of the ongoing investigation into the Constitutional eligibility of Barack Obama have found yet another lead in a growing mountain of evidence within the public records section of the British National Archives indicating the occurrence of at least four vital events registered to the name of Barack Obama, taking place in the British Protectorate of East Africa (Kenya) between 1953 and 1963, including the birth of two sons before 1963.

The record of birth of a second son prior to Kenyan independence is significant because biographical information about Obama’s family indicates Obama Sr. fathered only one other son prior to Obama II’s birth.

The books containing hand written line records of vital events attributed to Obama are contained in Series RG36 of the Family Records section in the Kew branch of the BNA. The hand written line records first discovered in 2009, indicate several events were registered to the name Barack Obama (appears to be handwritten and spelled “Burack” and “Biraq”) beginning in 1953 and include two births recorded in 1958 and 1960, a marriage license registration in 1954 and a birth in 1961. Barack Obama is said to have died in 1982 and had married at least once more in Kenya and had at least one more child in 1968, but no record of these were found in the BNA because, according to the Archives’ desk reference, the events occurred after Kenya achieved independence from British colonial rule in 1963.

To date, Barack Obama II is the only known alleged son of Obama Sr. born after 1960 and before the independence of Kenya became official in 1963.

I was Thinking outside the box and would like to see if you guys will help me researh something????— (it might be nothing, but who knows).. I used to own 42% of some shallow oil and gas wells in independence Kansas— Peru Kansas is only 29 miles from Independence kansas were (madelyn payne dunham grew up)— If you know that area, it is loaded with property owners that sell there mineral rights to oil and gas companies or personal people wanting to get in that type of buinesses— as you know, royalities are passed down as a family member dies, and most of oil and gas records are public knowledge (and very detailed info)..But it could lead to interesting info if madelyn had property that was leased.. In that area oil and gas wells are everywhere- “JUST A THOUGHT”

For birth between December 24, 1952 and November 13, 1986, a period of ten years, five after the age of fourteen, is required for physical presence in the United States or one of its outlying possessions to transmit U.S. citizenship to the child.) The U.S. citizen parent must be genetically related to the child to transmit U.S. citizenship.”

“Birth Abroad Out-of-Wedlock to a U.S. Citizen Mother:

“A person born abroad out-of-wedlock to a U.S. citizen mother may acquire U.S. citizenship under Section 309(c) of the INA if the mother was a U.S. citizen at the time of the person’s birth and if the mother was physically present in the United States or one of its outlying possessions for a continuous period of one year prior to the person’s birth. The mother must be genetically related to the person in order to transmit U.S. citizenship.”

As you can see, if Stanley Ann met the out-of-wedlock condition, only one year of being “...physically present in the United States...for a continuous period of one year...” is required to transmit citizenship.

Please ask your source to reconsider given that under HI law SADO’s Feb. 2, 1961 marriage in the HI index was bigamous and thus a nullity (didn't exist).

Even if the marriage was de facto legal in HI having not been challenged (only suspected as bigamous by INS), on arrival in Kenya, the article at the top of the thread affirms a Kenya Colony vital record of one marriage for BHO Sr. prior to 1963 that being one in 1954 matching the Kezia marriage year. Thus in Kenya, BHO Sr. was already married with no vital record of divorce and in Kenya, Stanley Ann would be single in 1961 if she gave birth there...and she would have transmitted US nationality to baby Barry.

See my vanity thread for a case in the 9th Circuit where a ruling implies Barry would be NBC even if born in Kenya to a single or married mom. I disagree with the ruling, but I'm not a federal judge, of course:

It’s got to be a very real handicap being a retired CPA and a Document Examiner - which means that nothing can possibly be real unless it’s written down somewhere. Like in ‘Dreams’ or any one of the various books out there about our ‘hero’ - not to mention the adoring articles in the MSM.

The simple unvarnished facts are simply not sexy enough to compete with elaborate (and perhaps even true) scenarios in which a lot of people have invested 3 years of research and intense thought.

Everything else we have dealt with, now becomes supportive evidence; background material. Case in point: this thread British Archives..... Why is this news now? It is certainly not directly germane to the case Sheriff Joe has built. Get him on the forgery first ... then add this for the next trial.

After thinking about it. What the Sheriff showed last week was that nothing - simply nothing from Hawaii government can be be believed.

I document the dates I have collected. I wish they were 100% validated dates. But they are not. They are just collected during internet travels. Some definitely conflict creating logic gaps that have never been explained.

When nothing is for certain then nothing can be ruled out - no matter how outrageous the theory.

A few sets of documents clears this all up. Where are the people in Hawaii who care? Is the whole state corrupt?

Thanks, that’s very nice of you, but this entire issue goes further back than you could be aware of. Someone I will not name circulated via private mail, a number of items of research material that was to remain private. That person had offered to keep research results off site for safe-keeping.
Instead, the results were circulated (WITH MY SCREEN NAME STILL ATTACHED)to a ping list of over a hundred people. And the information those messages contained was used to denigrate me and the research group of nine freepers who remained nameless throughout and will continue to remain nameless.
When this rotten deed came to light, my original reaction was to close down the entire effort, and wipe all our results.

To be then told THIS IS OUR COUNTRY was the last straw.

Ultimately, maybe even unwisely, I decided to fight back. The material our group collected, much of which has not been published here, is in the safe hands of a number of people, AND WE ARE STILL ADDING TO IT.

So Seizethecarp and Hoosiermama, and LucyT, aside from the plain ridiculous charges against me that I am a subversive -there are NINE freepers whose names you will never know, who contributed. And THEY know how far off the truth of the matter you are.

1) I'm not the skeptic, the INS Immigration Inspector was the skeptic.

2) A court must have jurisdiction at the place the alleged crime occurred. Where did the crime occur? I suppose DC. Or perhaps Hawaii. Or maybe Denver. The fact is, at this time, no one to my knowledge is sure where the forgery occurred.

A DA has jurisdiction in a particular political entity, not everywhere in the country. Furthermore, assuming it could be shown that the crime occurred in say, DC, the DC prosecutor would have to file the case. Any chance of that?

The reason I posted what I did is to start with A and get the right people to take the next step.

Realistically, if the US Congress and the US Supreme Court won't touch this, we're screwed. The rule of law has completely broken down.

IF he did find a birth certificate as it says he did in 'Dreams' then he probably found the birth certificate belonging to the child of the kenyan-son-of-a-goat-herder and his wife/girlfriend whose name wasn't Stanley Ann Dunham. That would have brought the Dunham house down. Off he goes to see Frank, and Frank tells him who he really is. Why not? He's old enough to know now. So he takes off for the mainland. I am inclined, with some reservation, to believe the birth certificate story in 'Dreams' only because he describes an article from a local newspaper that was in the same place. And that article DID turn up much later, I have a copy. A copy of the bc he found...THAT'S the one we need to see!
